Best Ideas 2020 features all the nominated entries submitted under ‘Submit your Idea’ category. All the entries consist of innovative solutions or propositions for an enterprise that champions the Sustainable Development Goals. They can be on the conceptual, planning, or start-up stage.
Explain your idea in details:
Whether you were a kid who fell off your bike or a loved one who developed a post surgical infection, the inability to consistently disinfect wounds and prevent pain AND inflammation has plagued the healthcare system for the past century. Now with the overuse of antibiotics and new resistance of bacteria, slightly cutting your finger at the family BBQ could mean you come home from getting stitches without that finger or even worse your life. Nanocare's new product AccelGel is a simple and innovative healing gel that eliminates everything from MRSA to burns, surgical wounds, and more! With only two non-toxic ingredients, AccelGel can be used in veterinarian clinics as well after every pet neutering. AccelGel is a cut above the rest!
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Because of our products stability and accessibility in small packets, AccelGel is uniquely positioned to quickly and cost effectively hand out to who ever needs it. Simply pack two big boxes along with a mission like Doctors without boarders and we can prevent infection around the world. To what extent will depend on the clinical trials which we are currently raising funds for.

My first entrepreneurial project started with a TED talk called Gray Space. The idea was to turn regular boring eye soars in your local community/city and turn them into something inspirational and creative using the help of local artists. This would in turn increase property value and move the community forward. I was lucky to live in a open community here in San Marcos Texas where I recruited artists from various local organizations and connected them with local business owners and city officials to fund many city murals that I am proud to pass by daily. I bring this story up because it represents what motivates me. I learned early on to lead by serving others and now I hope to serve the world through our company Nanocare now that I have recently completed my Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from Texas State University. I am 25 years old and ready to help people heal.
