@Rayvern. Once more your idea is impressive. In addition to my other comments on your idea, I am sharing with you a simple business plan to help you further refine your project for a successful implementation. Please not that this plan is not quite different from the requirements of the Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition.

PROBLEM: What problem will your business solve
PROMOTION: How will your target customers learn about your business
SOLUTION: What will your business provide to solve that problem
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE: What will your business do better than the competitors
BUSINESS MODEL: How will your business make money
FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS: How much money do you need to start? How much will you earn every month And how much will you spend every month
TARGET CUSTOMERS: What type of people will purchase your products or services
FUNDING REQUIRED: How much money do you need to start the business

I honestly suggest that before you submit your idea or project, please ask yourself these questions and even if you have submitted your idea, do remember that we still have opportunity to refine our ideas and resubmit. I hope that you find this beneficial to your idea.

Also, please do create time and take the campus online trainings as the trainings are there to help campus members understand what it is to be an entrepreneur.

I hope you will derive some benefits from this.

Finally, I have voted and commented on your idea; please consider supporting my idea with your votes and comments @https://www.entrepreneurship-campus.org/ideas/26/17094/

Hello,

Congratulations on your idea! It has meaning and it can brainstorm solutions to work for a better world.
You have to know that in thinking of a better world, we have fantastic ideas.
But how do we present these ideas to society? We want to integrate into the entrepreneurial world.
From all this, we want to help, innovate, reform according to the objective of our ideas.
You have to know that we must take care to control our ideas, put them out well, know the consequences, take sustainability into account, to name just a few.
We can then ask ourselves "how am I going to do for a good implementation? For the management? Will the company be able to benefit from what you will do? How will you do for the sustainability of your business? do you to meet the three level of sustainability? What are your advantages? "
In short, know what you really want and improve the vision you have. This is my support for you!

Keep going and achieve your goals!

Best of lucks!

While envisioning to do volunteer work and assisting upcoming start ups across borders soon.

Campus members did you know that in 7 3 Compose Your Company?

Let is start with a small, manageable example. Rafael Kugel explains Scientists at the University of Essen discovered that the process of removing the rapeseeds bitter hullmade it possible to extract pleasant tasting oil. The valuable properties of rapeseed oil, now more commonly known as canola oil, have long been known, and the German Society for Nutrition DeutscheGesellschaft für Ernährung expressly recommends its consumption because of its nutritional benefits it contains 60 percent monounsaturated fatty acids and high levels of vitamin E, as well as polyunsaturated omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. After the discovery of how to make the oil palatable, I thought it would be possible to help canola oil achieve a new economic life. If you packaged this oil in large containers and marketed it directly to the consumer, instead of selling it over the counter in small containers at high prices, would not that convince consumers to buy their canola oil by mail order from me? The Tea Campaign model transferred to canola oil?

An Example Making Toothbrushes Cheaper

Not far from Bonn is a factory that makes most of the toothbrushes sold in Germany. A number of well known
brands have their toothbrushes made for them there. You, too, can have your toothbrushes
manufactured there and sell them under your own name or under some other fancy name. Get together
with your friends and acquaintances and start a Toothbrush Campaign. You know that toothbrushes
should not be used too long otherwise they will damage your teeth, no matter how expensive or
scientific their design. You yourself need at least ten toothbrushes a year. So your own circle of friends
and acquaintances is sufficient for a small campaign. Why should your friends buy their toothbrushes
from you? You can already figure it out. Not because you are attractive and likeable and can talk your
friends into buying them from you, but because naturally your toothbrushes are much cheaper than the
toothbrushes they are buying for themselves, even at the discount store. Materials and production cost
almost nothing. Toothbrushes become expensive because of the advertising to develop the brand and
sales.
How should you sell your toothbrushes? Set up an online shop so that the acquaintances of your
acquaintances can buy a year is supply, or else you can distribute the toothbrushes in person when you
go for a visit. Do not be afraid that your friends will laugh at you. They will only do that at the beginning
before they understand the concept. After that, they will either be green with envy or they will immediately
start looking for a product to use for a little campaign of their own. If you brush your teeth with an
electric toothbrush and we hope you do the enterprise will pay off that much faster. You have certainly
already been irritated at how expensive those little brushes for the top of the hand piece are. Ideally you
should sell the motor right along with it. It should be rugged and have a long service life, and the device
should be designed with sensor technology that adjusts the pressure on the teeth, which is usually too
strong. In this way you will have eliminated the problem created by brand name electric toothbrush
manufacturers, which is that a different toothbrush head must be purchased for every brand of electric
toothbrush.
Now you start to think of a brand name. Take Green for example. Yes, Green. You cannot call your
electric toothbrush Braun Brown Braun is the name of a famous German company with a reputation
for high quality products. But Green maybe you could. To be safe, look for someone whose name is
Green and name your company after him. Keep looking under Green in the telephone book until
you find someone who is willing to go along with this experiment. If when you try to register the name,
they tell you that the name Green is not allowed, bring a legal action. If the brand Brown is allowed,
Green has to be permitted too. What I am really trying to say here is that you should choose a
memorable name that is as simple as possible and not let yourself be dissuaded too quickly by
statements like That would not work or There is one like that already.
The Tea Campaign never had any difficulty buying good quality tea, not even when the tea merchants
tried to use their market power against us and attempted to influence tea producers to stop selling to
us.

These days production is no longer the problem. So what is the problem? Packaging and shipping? This
is handled by professional packagers and shippers. The Projektwerkstatt offers this service we already
ship more than 100,000 parcels each year. We have the entire infrastructure. Your few dozen or several
hundred packages would not make any difference. As far as the costs are concerned, you will be getting
involved with an enterprise that is already operating with extreme efficiency. Even the postage will be
cheaper for you. While you will quickly shell out six Euros for a single package mailed parcel post at the
post office, the same package will cost only half as much with us and you will save yourself the trip to the
post office and the time waiting in line. Obviously the cost of packaging material is also lower because
we buy in quantity. It is a real win win situation. You will save a lot of money, and we will utilize our existing
capacity more efficiently, and later, when you are sending a thousand packages, our costs will be even
lower because now we will have larger volume and better purchase discounts because of you. But check
around to see whether you can find another service provider who might be even cheaper than we are,
or who is in a better position to meet your specific needs.
What is left is operating and administering the online shop. Here the solution is even simpler. Set up
your own online shop by using software that releases you from all the administrative duties. At the end
of the month you will get a report on how much you have sold and earned. If you are curious and want to
check on your business every night, you can call up the latest data yourself any time you want to.
Nowadays, you will find professional service providers who offer this service.

So, now do you want a little company of your own?

Small is beautiful that may be true, you concede. Maybe you are more flexible than the big boys and
You are not saddled with a huge administrative apparatus. But does not a small company have definite
economic handicaps? Small batches, high unit costs, no money for research and development or for
marketing?
Marketing and infrastructure have changed in a way that has made the traditional perceptions of large
and small obsolete. This is because of the openness and transparency of the modern markets, as well as
the new professionalism and process reliability.
Thus, and this is the decisive factor, founders have access to the same market and on practically the
same terms as the big companies.

You are probably thinking it is cheaper to do things yourself rather than using third party professional
service providers. In practice, however, experience has often shown that if you take all of your own
costs into account, you can buy such services more cheaply than what it would cost you to perform
them yourself.
In summary, as unlikely as it may seem to you at the moment, you can play with the big boys. But you
should be prudent and limit yourself to supplying a single product or a single service. Marketing experts
will try to talk you into diversification so that you can spread your risk. But be careful you will be paying
for this with mushrooming complexity and higher unit costs. It was not without reason that Andrew
Carnegie said, Concentrate your energies, your thoughts and your capital. The wise man puts all his
eggs in one basket and watches the basket. The opportunity for you to become an expert in a single
subject, keep track of your business and be superior to existing conventions in this one thing outweighs
the risk of non diversification.
Later, when you have gathered more experience and your concept has been successful in practice, you can
expand, diversify or even bring the outsourced functions back into your company. At that point your
risks will be manageable and calculable

Day 22
As a budding 2020 Citizen Entrepreneurship Contestant from Nigeria South South Nigeria Region I love my idea and project Electricity for Everyone because I seek out to ask many questions than answers, I am 100 percent focus and self discipline, critical thinker, networker, innovator while my major duty now is to help young people across mother Earth to start developing their inherent entrepreneurial skills and talents towards realizing our 17 sustainable development goals and join me now to ask many questions across our 2020 platform
Holger Johnson is just such a multi founder. In addition to Ebuero AG, he has established, co founded or functioned as a business angel actively engaged in the development of about 20 other companies. How does he do it? He concentrates on the entrepreneurial design, from which he formulates objectives and tasks and then supervises their execution. In this way he uses his head and his time in the area in which he excels. He knows full well that he must not permit too much complexity in his entrepreneurial design work. A high degree of complexity would increase susceptibility to error and require more decision making on his part; it would sap more of his energy and divert his attention from the areas where his best talents lie and from what he most enjoys. Campus members use this in your idea or project
I want all to reflect on it
Day 23
Successful companies originate in the mind. The better an entrepreneurial concept is and the more it is
analyzed and fine tuned, the more it will resemble a finished work of art and the more likely it is to be
successful.
I want all to reflect on it
Day 24
Dorothee is the daughter of a colleague of mine. She was an English major but did not want to become a
teacher. In her free time she creates vases, large ceramic pieces. She asked me whether she could not
make a little business out of this. I asked her a whole series of questions. Did she really enjoy doing it?
Did she enjoy it so much that she could imagine doing it over the long term? Are people willing to buy
these vases with their own money? And much more. Dorothee explained that she really did enjoy
working on her ceramics. That there are people who are buying her vases already and that she is earning
money with them, even when she calculates all her expenses and her own work time. And that if she
wanted to, she could ask for more money.
This did not sound bad. In fact, it sounded very convincing. Dorothee would probably be happier with her
vases than she would be working as a teacher in a job she disliked. My advice do it. Do not let yourself
be dissuaded bet on your artistic talent.
I ran into her again a few months later. Curious, I ask her about her business. I am not suited to be a
business person, she tells me. How so? I ask, amazed. Dorothee explains that she took a course in
starting a business, but I failed the balance sheet analysis.
Balance sheet analysis is something valuable. Nobody who wants to understand the financial situation of
a major company like Siemens can skip the balance sheet analysis. But what Dorothee needed is not a
balance sheet analysis. What she needs to know is whether her work is generating enough income.
Every street kid in Manila, every woman in Bangladesh who gets a microcredit from the Grameen Bank,
has the business smarts for this, without formal business administration concepts and techniques. A
formal requirement just frightens people off, especially creative, artistically inclined people. The start-up
consultant would have given better advice if he had simple told Dorothee to collect the receipts for her
expenses and her income and take them to a bookkeeper, or to pay a student to do her income tax
return. With Dorothee, a promising business founder was derailed because of an incompetent startup
consultant.
I want all to reflect on it
Day 25
Getting rid of the fanciful ideas
And where was the campfire? Much too dangerous. The artistic performances? Could you do a somersault in your confirmation suit? Any fanciful ideas had been taken away from the children before they were even aware of it. The concept of the adventure restaurant was dead on arrival.
I want all to reflect on it

You know that toothbrushes should not be used too long otherwise they will damage your teeth, no matter how expensive or scientific their design. You yourself need at least ten toothbrushes a year. So your own circle of friends and acquaintances is sufficient for a small campaign. Why should your friends buy their toothbrushes from you? You can already figure it out. Not because you are attractive and likeable and can talk your friends into buying them from you, but because naturally your toothbrushes are much cheaper than the toothbrushes they are buying for themselves, even at the discount store. Materials and production cost almost nothing. Toothbrushes become expensive because of the advertising to develop the brand and sales.
I want all to reflect on it
Day 27
Once you have the concept, you go on to researching and identifying appropriate components. This, too, does not have to become a full time job. Do not be satisfied with the first supplier to come along, just because you are happy to have found a component. Inquire, research, investigate, compare. Finally, you are ready to coordinate the components. This, too, is a manageable task where concepts are simple and straightforward.
Under these conditions illustrated in the examples described above founding a company can actually be a kind of part-time job. Launching a company with a safety net, so to speak. Do not give up your day job, your old occupation, until your own idea concept proves to be sound and sustainable. Wait for your concept to prove itself. Do not put all your money on one card, but establish your business on a carefully considered and securely solid basis. It is not true that the fast devour the slow in every situation, but those who are well prepared and work with professional partners will succeed over those who are excitable, overworked and try to organize everything in house.
I want all to reflect on it
Today, I motivate you to make use of my comment and also share with others in the platform so as to learn and improve your idea and project for successful startups and SDGs realization. I share it freely with others ideas and projects so as to join all in achieving our 2020 target in our entrepreneur campus.
I urge everyone today to freely and blissfully cast their votes and comments to my idea and project Electricity for Everyone and this is a link to my idea thanks a lot

Hallo Campus Member and My Fellow Contestants 2020

Gunten Morgen oder ( or Good Morning ),

I want to say , sustainability is one of the most important things and we should invest more in research to improve it. Moreover, I like the fact that your initiative has a powerful and peaceful focus first. So I want you to read the below

Let me start this part what is a leading social entrepreneur by asking you a question. What is the most powerful force in the world? I think it is pretty clear that it is a major pattern changing idea, but only if it is in the hands of an entrepreneur. It is that combination that moves the world more than anything else. So let me then challenge you to see some of the patterns as I introduce these two stories.
The first story is about Mary Gordon. Mary is a Canadian. She was elected a Fellow just short of three years ago. She saw a problem in the classes she was teaching in the public schools in Toronto. There was increasing number of children who could only respond to another child who made them uncomfortable with aggression, which of course invited aggression back from the other child, and you can predict where all that was leading. Every time a child went through that cycle the pattern would get deeper, and the probability of that child not being able to function in a world that requires a high level of skill in dealing with others increased. And of course the probability of the school being dysfunctional increased. Because Mary is an entrepreneur, she gave herself permission to see a problem that was obvious but no one was seeing. This is a clue as to one of the first patterns. Entrepreneurs give themselves permission to see and to think and to act.
If you are an entrepreneur, you do not want to solve it just for the children in your class. You want to change the whole society. Well, how do you change the education system? Everywhere in the world, it is notorious for not being the most innovative or fast moving sector. So she knew it had to be a very simple idea. I will jump ahead to the results. Three years later, she is gone from 2 schools to 2,000 schools in Canada New Zealand has adopted the idea and she has been approached by the Government of Japan for help.
What is her idea? She asks only for one hour a month for 8 months of a class, and the younger the children the better. She brings an infant less than one year old, plus mom, plus a green blanket. The infant is the professor. The infant sits on the green blanket. The students have the responsibility, not the teacher, for figuring out what the professor is saying and later what the professor is feeling. You can imagine the children get into this very quickly. It has a huge impact. The Canadians actually have a measurement system for bullying. After those 8 hours, bullying rates come down and stay down. You could see that this is an idea and approach that could work anywhere in the world and Mary is out to make it work everywhere in the world. So that is Case One

Once again this is a fantastic [email protected] In addition, to my previous comment on your project, I am sharing with you what can help you refine your ideas and projects for success.

What does Angel Investors want
Angel investors are an increasingly important source of funding for startups and early stage businesses. Angel investors are experienced entrepreneurs who usually have developed and sold their businesses and want to help startups to develop like they did.

So what do they look for and how can you fit their criteria for investing. Here is what you need to have when pitching to angel investors
1. Sound business plan: There is no getting away from this and a solid business plan and business model will attract angel investors. Having achieved some sales will be a great help and ensure you have regular and transparent accounts.
2. Financial returns: like any investor they will want returns and only invest if they think that your business model will achieve those returns for them.
3. Experienced management team: similar to venture capital firms, angels would like to see an experienced management team. However, given their own experience of starting a business they will understand that sometimes it takes time to build a good team and they will help in funding such people. They will also have a great network that can be used to help the business.
4. Industry sector and special interest: most angel investors will want to put something back into the community and will have developed special interests or stick to industry sectors they know.
5. Passion: like all investors they will want see that the founder has a passion for what they want to achieve and this will be foremost in their minds when they first listen to your pitch.
6. Opportunity to be involved: one of the main reasons angels invest is to recreate the fun they had in developing their own business and they will want to be more involved in advising and guiding businesses they invest into. If the matchup is right, take every opportunity to grab their time and contacts to help with your business, after all they have been through it before.
7. Share of the busines: they will negotiate a share of your business and want a formal shareholders agreement. You may give up part of your equity but have a powerful ally when it comes to looking for funding at the next growth stage of your business.
8. Exit strategy: angels will want to see a clear exit strategy for your business so that they can achieve the returns in the long run. Ensure that this is clear and align your interests with their own.
Angels usually invest smaller sums and this can range from thousands to a few hundred thousand. They can also club together to raise more funds and there are many Angel investor clubs with an online presence.
Most importantly, ensure that you can get on with the angel since you will be working closely together to achieve business success.

In essence, I will like you to understand that what angel investors wants is not very different from the youth citizen entrepreneurship competition application requirement. Please I suggest that you take a careful thought on application of the above points; as the points will assist in ensuring that our ideas and project stand out for possible investment from potential investors.

Also remember to take the campus online training if you have not already done so; as these trainings are to help campus members navigate through the entrepreneurship journey.

Note: Should you find this comment useful and may want to further refine your idea, understand that there is still a window to do that in the competition. You just need to open your page, click on improve, refine your idea as needed, safe, unpublished and republish again.

I hope this helps in refining your idea for a successful implementation

Best wishes in your implementation

We just wanted to say that we are lucky to be part of a community with such great entrepreneurs! Entrepreneurship is what drives change in this world, so we want to thank you for taking the stand for issues that usually go unnoticed.

Since your idea has not been actualized yet, here are some resources I personally found to be helpful as I was developing my project.

Cofounders Lab is great for identifying other talented cofounders, especially if you feel that you want a partner that complements your experiences.
If you search up Alexander Osterwalder's Product Market Fit Guide, you'll also be able to identify ways to develop your value proposition.
As for creating a website for naming venture ideas, I personally found Domain Name Brain and Knowem to be useful in checking domain and trademark availability.

If you have time, we would really appreciate it if you could comment on our project entry at entrepreneurship-campus.org/ideas/28/18345/

Keep up the brilliant work!

@Rayvern. Your idea is impressive. To add to my earlier comment on your idea, I am sharing with you how to create a winning business model.

What Is a Business Model, Really

Everyone agrees that executives must know how business models work if their organizations are to thrive, yet there continues to be little agreement on an operating definition. Management writer Joan Magretta defined a business model as the story that explains how an enterprise works, harking back to Peter Drucker, who described it as the answer to the questions: Who is your customer, what does the customer value, and how do you deliver value at an appropriate cost.

Other experts define a business model by specifying the main characteristics of a good one. For example, Harvard Business School Clay Christensen suggests that a business model should consist of four elements: a customer value proposition, a profit formula, key resources, and key processes. Such descriptions undoubtedly help executives evaluate business models, but they impose preconceptions about what they should look like and may constrain the development of radically different ones.

Studies suggest that one component of a business model must be the choices that executives make about how the organization should operate-choices such as compensation practices, procurement contracts, location of facilities, extent of vertical integration, sales and marketing initiatives, and so on. Managerial choices, of course, have consequences. For instance, pricing affects sales volume, which, in turn, shapes the company scale economies and bargaining power both consequences. These consequences influence the company logic of value creation and value capture, so they too must have a place in the definition. In its simplest conceptualization, therefore, a business model consists of a set of managerial choices and the consequences of those choices.

Companies make three types of choices when creating business models. Policy choices determine the actions an organization takes across all its operations such as using nonunion workers, locating plants in rural areas, or encouraging employees to fly coach class. Asset choices pertain to the tangible resources a company deploys -manufacturing facilities or satellite communication systems, for instance. And governance choices refer to how a company arranges decision-making rights over the other two should we own or lease machinery. Seemingly innocuous differences in the governance of policies and assets influence their effectiveness a great deal.

Three Characteristics of a Good Business Model

How can one tell if a business model will be effective. A good one will meet three criteria.

1. Is it aligned with company goals
The choices made while designing a business model should deliver consequences that enable an organization to achieve its goals.

2. Is it self-reinforcing
The choices that executives make while creating a business model should complement one another; there must be internal consistency.

3. Is it robust
A good business model should be able to sustain its effectiveness over time by fending off four threats, identified by Pankaj Ghemawat. They are imitation such as can competitors replicate your business model; holdup -can customers, suppliers, or other players capture the value you create by flexing their bargaining power; slack -organizational complacency; and substitution- can new products decrease the value customers perceive in your products or services. Although the period of effectiveness may be shorter nowadays than it once was, robustness is still a critical parameter for effective business model.

Dear campus members, describing our business models is one of the requirements in the Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship competition; Therefore, I honestly suggest that before you submit your idea or project, create time to read this article. If you have already submitted your idea or project, do remember that we still have opportunity to refine our ideas and resubmit.

I hope that you find this useful.

Also, please do create time and take the campus online trainings as the trainings are there to help campus members understand what it is to be an entrepreneur.

Finally, I have voted and commented on your idea; please consider supporting my idea with your votes and comments

Day 15
As a budding 2020 Citizen Entrepreneurship Contestant from Nigeria South South Nigeria Region I love my idea and project Electricity for Everyone because I seek out to ask many questions than answers, I am 100 percent focus and self discipline, critical thinker, networker, innovator while my major duty now is to help young people across mother Earth to start developing their inherent entrepreneurial skills and talents towards realizing our 17 sustainable development goals and join me now to ask many questions across our 2020 platform

Campus members I want to ask all of you, What do my friends and I lack? Could not we make certain things simpler, better, cheaper? What would I like to do, in collaboration with others? It is a question of finding an initial idea, selecting one from among the subjects you have already thought about.

Anyone who is actively creative no matter what the field knows that often the best ideas arise in moments of solitude, especially when the task is to work on a new puzzle rather than on an existing one. There is another situation that may help illustrate this principle a school child who reads a classmates essay is already caught in the web of that essays thoughts.

Today, I motivate you to make use of my comment and also share with others in the platform so as to learn and improve your idea and project for successful startups and SDGs realization. I share it freely with others ideas and projects so as to join all in achieving our 2020 target in our entrepreneur campus.

Day 16
The difference between Invention and Innovation. Campus members Invention and innovation appear to be closely related. Many people believe there must be an invention at the beginning of every entrepreneurial success story. The rest is then merely a question of implementation.

Day 17

The difference between entrepreneurship and business administration

At this point, it will be helpful to take another look at the relationship between the terms entrepreneurship and business administration. While the latter describes the organizational and administrative aspects of business, I propose that we use the term entrepreneurship to highlight the creative, innovative components of establishing a new business.

Note, entrepreneurship is unconventional way why business administration is conventional way.

Day 18

Campus members I want you to apply this today, based on Patents and new technologies are only the raw material

Let us take these thoughts a little further. Until now we have tacitly assumed that startups originating from innovative concepts are neglected or overlooked by mainstream researchers and consultants, whose primary focus of attention has been on the so called technology oriented startups. An invention, the patent based on it, or a new technology, seemed to be a solid basis for establishing a new company.

Day 19
What good entrepreneurial design must accomplish

We have to make high demands on entrepreneurial design because it must provide solutions to a whole
range of problems faced by startups.

What good entrepreneurial design must accomplish
1. Work out clear market advantages
2. Secure a head start over imitators
3. Protect against technological obsolescence
4. Protect against commercial obsolescence
5. Minimize financing costs
6. Include marketing as an integral component of the entrepreneurial design

The first and most important criterion is that the concept demonstrates market advantages over
established competitors.
All my fellow contestants 2020 should endeavor to read it today and apply to their innate idea and project, be focus

Day 20

Campus members based on this Working at the Puzzle

Good entrepreneurial design is the result of a search process much like trying things out and piecing together a jigsaw puzzle. The process is similar to creating a composition where you keep working until everything fits and every false note has been eliminated.

I believe it is helpful to treat this mental activity as a form of recreation, just as you would work a real puzzle. After a little practice, it gets easier to move the pieces around to see if they fit. You should get just as much pleasure from this as a child who enjoys puzzles and takes satisfaction each time the pieces fit.

I want all to reflect on it

Today, I motivate you to make use of my comment and also share with others in the platform so as to learn and improve your idea and project for successful startups and SDGs realization. I share it freely with others ideas and projects so as to join all in achieving our 2020 target in our entrepreneur campus.

Day 21

Campus members did you know that a Good entrepreneurial design is something that one might call plain style, where one has tightened, simplified and looked deeply into the substance of a work until one has eliminated every superfluous ornament. In economics, this means saving on manpower, capital, energy, materials, and transportation. Like good literature, good art or good music, good entrepreneurial design may draw its power from simplicity and clarity.

Simplicity
is the ultimate sophistication
LEONARDO DA VINCI
These days an entrepreneur is more like an artist than a manager. The close relationship between entrepreneurship and artistic endeavor is sometimes even reflected in word choice.

See how Steve
Wozniak, the co founder of Apple, describes his work below

A good engineer is like an artist. When you develop something, every detail is like a
brushstroke that has to be exactly right.
Just as Ernest Hemingway worked at polishing his sentences for days and weeks, I work at
Apple. We composed like solo musicians.
From notes come melodies, then stanzas and finally an entire song.
STEVE WOZNIAK

I want all to reflect on it

Today, I motivate you to make use of my comment and also share with others in the platform so as to learn and improve your idea and project for successful startups and SDGs realization. I share it freely with others ideas and projects so as to join all in achieving our 2020 target in our entrepreneur campus.

Day 15
As a Nigerian Serial Entrepreneur and 2020 Best Idea Contestant. My sole role in this platform is to mobilize my co global youth led innovation towards exchanging and supporting their creative ideas and projects towards contributing to achieving the sustainable developing goals. While envisioning to do volunteer work and assisting upcoming start ups across borders soon.

Campus members did you know, Muhammad Yunus, winner of the Peace Nobel Prize, is a serial entrepreneur in the social sphere? The Grameen Bank with its micro credits is only one of the many enterprises he has promoted. They include the solar energy company Grameen Shakti, as well as Grameen Phone, already a telecommunications giant, and Grameen Danone, a joint venture for the production of fortified yogurt, designed to make up for nutritional deficiencies typical among Bangladeshis rural population. The Grameen group even includes an investment company. Yunus uses the tools of capitalism because he is convinced that it is possible to use our economic system more efficiently than it is being used today. Anyone who has ever had anything to do with him perceives him as relaxed, amiable, totally present and not overburdened, even if his multiplicity of projects and duties would lead you to expect that.

Campus members please check page 42 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

Day 16

Campus members did you know, from 4 10
Successful Companies Originate in the Mind?

Did you know developing a good entrepreneurial concept is a challenge, whether it is the result of arduous work or cheerful contemplation? Many paths are traveled better in ones head than with ones feet. Sometimes one needs as much as ten years and 50,000 pieces of information before an entrepreneurial concept is born, notes Professor Simon of Carnegie Mellon University. Simons experience should not frighten us, but it demonstrates that a well thought out idea is not a trivial and fleeting thing that gains substance only after it has been implemented through business administration.

Campus members please check page 43 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

Day 17

Campus members did you know,

Small is Beautiful was a famous book title from the 1960s, but its subtitle was even better? Economics
as if People Mattered. We need an economy where people play the decisive role one that places the advancement of mankind at its center.

Campus members please check page 44 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

Day 18

Campus members did you know you can simply apply the quote below and use for improving your idea and project

If I had gone to business school,
I never would have started the company.

ANITA RODDICK

That is simply mean that you can become a successful start up without you going to business school.

Campus members please check page 47 to 48 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

Day 19

Campus members did you know in 5.3 Where startup consultants fail the example of
Dorothee the artist

53
Balance sheet analysis is something valuable. Nobody who wants to understand the financial situation of
a major company like Siemens can skip the balance sheet analysis. But what Dorothee needed is not a
balance sheet analysis. What she needs to know is whether her work is generating enough income.
Every street kid in Manila, every woman in Bangladesh who gets a microcredit from the Grameen Bank,
has the business smarts for this, without formal business administration concepts and techniques. A
formal requirement just frightens people off, especially creative, artistically inclined people. The start up
consultant would have given better advice if he had simple told Dorothee to collect the receipts for her
expenses and her income and take them to a bookkeeper, or to pay a student to do her income tax
return. With Dorothee, a promising business founder was derailed because of an incompetent startup
consultant.

Campus members please check page 52 to 53 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

Day 20

Campus members did you know that Get big, but remain small
The principle is Get big, but remains small. This is the advantage of making use of large, efficient units
without having to establish and operate them yourself. Your company grows, but the core activity that
you control remains small, and thus coherent and manageable.

Campus members please check page 72 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

Day 21

My Co Contestants CEC 2020

Campus members did you know that the first step is to have an idea and to work on it until a compelling concept emerges. The second step is to find pre existing professional components with which you can bring the idea to life in all its artistic details.

Concept plus components

A carefully thought out concept plus professional components that is the magic
formula with which we can challenge the major players of the economic world.

Campus members please check page 74 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

My Co contestants CEC 2020, I blissfully want you to support your idea and project through sharing your innate experiences, and exchanging of best practice and well conceived idea at the entrepreneurial laboratory down to one to many so as to motivates you in learning and improving your own idea and project. Campus member I have meticulously read through your concept and idea 2020 and I see that it is impressive, but I have this following day 8 to 14 days of the commence of commenting phase to share with you the following below how you can question, examine and refine your concept for fruition implementation after your laboratory, study them carefully
Day 8
As a Nigerian Serial Entrepreneur and 2020 Best Idea Contestant. My sole role in this platform is to mobilize my co global youth led innovation towards exchanging and supporting their creative ideas and projects towards contributing to achieving the sustainable developing goals. While envisioning to do volunteer work and assisting upcoming start ups across borders soon.
Campus members today in our commenting and sharing phase
I want to educate all campus members to learn this from me freely
As for us, the company founders, our workload would also be reduced after the startup phase, so that
once again we would be free to pursue new ideas we ourselves were not involved in any of the steps
necessary for producing or shipping the apple juice. We outsourced all necessary services. Ratio Drink AG
makes use of sector specific service companies and has spent considerable time identifying good and
reliable partners.
If you want apple juice, you have to get apples, press them, collect the juice in containers and ship it. A
company near Lake Constance collects the apples throughout the region, processes them into juice
concentrate and sends it to our bottler in 1,000 liter tanks. The bottler, in turn, has the task of filling the
concentrate into a 3 liter bag in box properly, keeping everything clean and sterile. We do not supply
this packaging either, but instead purchase it from a manufacturer with the appropriate expertise. After
the concentrate is filled into the bag in box containers, another company forwards the product to our
shipper in Hamburg, who reships it to fulfill our customers orders. We have also outsourced all the
bookkeeping. Thus we do not need to purchase hardware and software for running the company
instead, we delegate the task to someone who does it more professionally and more economically than
we could do it for ourselves.
Well, then, how are we spending our time? We have now conceived of an entrepreneurial concept and
sought out the proper components to implement it. While others are groaning under their workload, we
have time to think about our next steps.
What is new here is that no one had ever bottled juice concentrate in bag in box containers. Part of the
task, though, was coordinating the producer of the concentrate with our bottler and the packaging
manufacturer. Is that all? Not quite. When you use new methods, you can also experience unforeseen
problems. The packaging material we used initially proved not to be sturdy enough it did not always
withstand shipment by mail. So implementation has not become less important: the critical issue is that
today many operations can be outsourced and placed in professional hands. Recognizing this gave us
more freedom to fine tune the concept instead of having to educate ourselves in a variety of specialty
areas.
Campus members please check page 20 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.
Day 9
Campus members did you know that DuttweiIer, with some friends, founded the Migros Company in 1925?
On August 25, early in the
morning, five trucks rolled off to deliver their goods to the people. The trucks were loaded with only six
products coffee, rice, sugar, noodles, coconut oil, and soap. All in large packages. A flyer explained why
these goods were so inexpensive, despite their high quality. The trucks and their drivers were a kind of
consumer education on wheels. Duttweiler, the diligent researcher and discoverer of the obvious,
proved to be a successful entrepreneur of the first order with his breakthrough as price cutter.
Campus members, did you know Duttweiler can also be regarded as a pioneer in matters of efficiency? Why can not you all apply this concept for you your idea and project.
Campus members please check page 26 of Brains versus Capital book and apply it in improving your idea and project.

July 18, 2020 14:28

I Emmanuel Ekpenyong have read through your idea and it is impressive, but I want to share the commenting phase this week that can help you to improve your implementation, they are below;
July 18, 2020
Day 8
As a budding 2020 Citizen Entrepreneurship Contestant from Nigeria South South Nigeria Region I love my idea and project Electricity for Everyone because I seek out to ask many questions than answers, l am 100% focus and self discipline, critical thinker, networker, innovator while my major duty now is to help young people across mother Earth to start developing their inherent entrepreneurial skills and talents towards realizing our 17 sustainable development goals and join me now to ask many questions across our 2020 platform!
The concept of the Tea Campaign did not develop overnight. At the beginning it was not at all certain whether the project would involve tea or some other business. I had no firm notions what my company would look like. At the beginning my only goal was to combine academic theory with handson entrepreneurial practice. Did you know, Prof. Faltin was the Founder of the Concept of the Tea Campaign ?
Day 9
Did you know Prof. Gunter Faltin Concept of the campaign was about unconventional or conventional?
Day 10
There is such a tea all the experts agree on this. It grows on the southern slopes of the Himalayas and is named for the region where it is cultivated Darjeeling. Because I was no tea expert, much less a tea drinker, this is something I learned at the library of the Free University of Berlin. If you could have such an outstanding tea, especially for so little money, perhaps customers would be willing to do without a wide selection. So I thought: as a wine drinker, if I could buy Rothschild Lafite, one of the worlds most expensive wines, for the price of an ordinary house wine, then I would only drink Rothschild Lafite.
Limiting the selection to Darjeeling alone had yet another advantage. How was a customer to recognize that my tea really was a much better value? After all, every merchant claims his goods are the best
quality at the cheapest price.
Campus members did you know if Prof. Faltin made this statement based on convention or function, did you know?
Day 11
Did you know, there was yet another hurdle: how to finance the project? After all, the first step was a major bulk purchase. In international trade the credit period is 60 days. This meant we had two months before the big bill fell due. The ship from Calcutta to Hamburg takes about four weeks. Once in port at Hamburg, the tea would be unloaded at the Port of Hamburg in two to three days. That left a full month to sell as much tea as possible. Thus the idea of a campaign. We had to sell fast in order to be able to pay the big bill.
Day 12
Campus members should all know today that Mother Teresa was a social entrepreneur with a difference, when she said, Never be so busy as not to think of others, so now I urge you all to make sure you share commitment to others ideas and projects happily.
Day 13
Based on the ideas makes the difference, did you know it is the quality of the idea that is the decisive factor an idea that at the outset seemed crazy to almost everyone: only one type of tea and only in big packages? But this was not a whim or a passing fancy it was a very carefully thought out concept. The principle is to build from function instead of following convention. If you systematically look for the factors that make a product like tea so expensive in Germany, you almost inevitably come up with this solution. Although it may seem strange, it does make sense because it cuts costs radically.
Day 14
Not inspirations or passing fancies, campus members did you know that or can you imagine furniture that the customer has to assemble himself? Can you design furniture that can be assembled without woodworking machinery or specialized tools? Does not this require a complete rethinking of how to make wardrobes, tables and chairs? Are customers even willing to put furniture together themselves? Do they have the time and inclination to do so? Do they dare? Is not it unreasonable that people suddenly be required to assemble their own furniture? These are among the many novel questions that scarcely anyone before Ikea founder Ingvar Kamprad had ever asked. Did he get spontaneous positive feedback on these concerns from his circle of friends and acquaintances? I am sure he did not. The solution looks simple, but it demanded unconventional questions and a lot of mental effort before answers emerged yes, customers were willing and able to assemble their furniture and, yes, the price incentives were sufficient to induce them to purchase furniture like this. Kamprad asked questions that, if they had even been asked previously, had elicited only negative responses. Kamprad had to challenge common sense and prevailing views, and he had no industry experts standing at his side. He had to rethink his furniture completely in order to figure out how to construct it so that ordinary consumers would be able to put it together at home.
Today, I motivate you to make use of my comment and also share with others in the platform so as to learn and improve your idea and project for successful startups and SDGs realization. Fantastic [email protected] Investment is one of the ways that individuals can make alternative money for their daily needs. Taking up an idea in this ares is great. However, as rightly stated by you , investment is bedeviled with a lot of challenges. To open up your idea for more clarity here are my questions and suggestions:
1. one major chanllenges of investment is fraud. there are many fraudulent individuals making the rest of the people pass through pains due to their activities. So with a geniune business idea, you will not to convince and persuade people that your are not one of the scammers. You will then need to do a lot of sensitization activities to persude people and you will maintain openess, integrity and honesty in your business.
2. Consider taking up a research to understand people'e opinions about the challenges of the blochchain business and try to prevent such in your solution
3. Reading your idea, I did not see your delivery model, this is important and needs to be included in your solution.
Lastly, the online trainings are to help us understand how to go about our ideas and projects as campus memebrs so i suggest you create time to study and apply to your work. Weldone and best of luck in your implementation phase.
