Extracting Bio fuel from Medical Wastes

The proposed idea aims to use the most ignored waste (medical waste) to get useful energy. The steps followed include grinding the waste into minute partials followed by chemical stimulants extracted from the grinned powder followed by slurry or biofuel production. Orient technology is used in this process. The process was discovered by Dr Harvey in 1675. This is our unique value proposition. As there are no technologies available to convert medical waste to a suitable form till now, this idea will be a great time in the near future. We have so far generated the whole concept map and the idea of approaching and developed models of our product. The implementation is left out. We conducted surveys in 8 hospitals of Tamil Nadu and came to know that medical waste disposal was one of the biggest problems there. Unique Value: We try to reduce the power consumption and the cost of manufacturing the device by using low cost sensors and fabrication process. The use of Orient technology adds more features to it. We extract the stimulants from the waste which becomes one of the important ingredients in the production of the final useful product.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
There are several problems in present normal bins. 1)Most of the bins used are open bins. 2)Present bins are not portable, and the waste materials can be pasted or applied over them if they are liquid materials. 3)There is no proper maintenance possibility since the waste has to be carried Mechanically for further processing 4)No new technological methods are processed before dumping, Hence the hazard waste remains in the same state till its dumped, Hence chances of the split of bins or leakage of waste is Highly possible. We target all the hospitals and medical industries who are very likely to produce medical wastes. We will claim to have achieved success if the device converts 50 kilograms of medical waste to 97 per cent fuel or slurry. Measures of accuracy: The final useful product will undergo several tests and processes to check if the product is harmless, economic and worthy.

Unlike the normal bins, this bin has some special capabilities of self Sanitizing, not contracting, more productive, Can Accept more waste and produce safe Product, Which can be economically useful. Looking at the US Medical Waste stats, The Productivity is certainly incrementable over a period of time, This system has a very Useful and less Power watt usage if we use Many alternates sources like Solar energy and other reforms. Our models slurry output can act as compost hence its worth to be a potential Business Idea.
