EMERGENCE OF NEWFANGLED GROUNDWORK

Published on July 30, 2020 um 10:26

Explain your idea in details:

The real truth is that industrialization in underpopulated, rural and raw material areas is the only solution to get people out of the streets. It is the main cure to mostly unemployment and all other unfortunate problems that can be thought of in the society today. Most world leaders fail to look into this fact deeply because of the attentions that are being channeled into mining following the discovery of oil, inadequate technical manpower, poor policy implementation, lack of entrepreneurship skills, political instability arising from several military interference in governance, corruption in private and public sectors. And because of this, adequate attention is not accorded to industrialization and employment of youths the upcoming entrepreneurs. The government overlooks this root problem, patronizing areas with raw materials.Raw materials are picked up from these areas and then deposited in developed areas of the country where they are to be reformed in industries, leaving mostly rural areas undeveloped.Industries should be established in rural areas and the experienced in the manufacturing field is recruited to share what they really know about those raw materials and also they are meant to be taught of new ways to further their business like mechanization through symposium. In this modern civilization, industries should be built in rural areas because there is a widespread of people with knowledge about those raw materials and their usefulness. The idea brings infrastructural development because it attracts foreign investors through the varieties of industries which could be useful for the growth of their business and forces them to also invest in infrastructures that would aid in his/her business.Through rural industrialization, accommodations for employment which entices urban inhabitants with no job but live in areas of greater population like Uttar Pradesh in India and Lagos in Nigeria is sufficient because of their craving for jobs.

Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development

When youths are enticed to partake in industrial activities (after industrialization In mostly rural and underpopulated areas of the country), they are exposed to working experience at their young age which gives room for better knowledge about industries and constant increase in business discipline. These knowledge from older co-workers,coupled with the knowledge in school and personal experience creates innovation and creative minds which will help the country develop. As the experience and knowledge expands, firms and industries with better technologies are created because of the discoveries on new ways of approaching industrial challenges the youths encountered in the past. The more youths that are employed in industries, the lesser economic and social issues. The reckless life on the street is abolished and more young adults engaged meaningfully.A better way of enticing the youth into working in different industries is to build enticing industries like sports facility production and cosmetics equipment industry which gets the attention of talented youth towards working in industries and technologically advanced minds because they love their jobs and therefore puts a lot of effort in their job.Poverty at old age is eradicated as youths with their experience and long working history have much to enjoy, sequel to this retirement is earlier than what it used to be.Giving room for young employees with better advancement and creativity and reducing the curve of unemployment which foster sustainable development in the country. This idea would increase the amount of money being circulated in the country as it attracts foreign investors to patronize the products in the country brought about by the exceptional level of the innovated industries in the country. Also, the problem of task payment is eradicated because citizens are gainfully employed.Migration of unemployed workers for work in underpopulated areas would also help in attaining equal distribution of population in the society

Plans for implementation and sustainability

The business model is very profitable but it requires little help from loan giving agencies.Indent profit from website will be used to create income for the industry through banner ads.Links within written contents will be used to create affiliate commission when visitors buy products.Consumers love gainful events.Business events calls for auctioning of chosen crafts made from recyclable waste products of the company by any consumer which will be showcased ,auctioned and sold along with fairly damaged products.Rewards would be issued to crafty consumers.Implementation of this new business idea coupled with normal sales of products amounts greater revenue. The raw materials are easier to acquire since the industry is located in the raw material base, machines needed for production calls for the collaboration of machine industries to reduce extra cost.SaaS tools could be handy in managing the booking of machines, tracking time usage, efficient transportation of goods which would need commodity drones also, web conferencing, showcasing of products in social media, etc just to increase productivity and distribution in the business. Highly qualified staffs and averaged-skilled staffs are needed for the technical and manufacturing process respectively. The business model further enhances the customer-product attraction through the advertising, packaging and design style which changes its form annually according to the consumers taste. The quick response to the consumers' reports are very important for the growth of the business.Discount and warrantees entices customers but the business offers this mostly to very important customers and sometimes to other customers depending on the breakeven points.Advertising, business websites are all helpful for the exposure of the business, but the targeted location of the business(rural and underpopulated areas) yields insufficient customers. So,branches of the same business will be squeezed in urban areas to create better exposure of the business.Energy distribution is a problem in most countries like Nigeria and the use of solar panel tackles the problem.

Your profile

My name is Cornelius.I am fifteen years old.I hail from Anambra State,Nigeria. We are currently in senior secondary school.Having participated in the 2019 African High School Model United Nation,we were exposed to different approaches to world problem and we were also certified.I and my teammate worked together to come up with this idea seeing the insufficient and inefficient varieties of industries in the world, the lackluster attitude towards the employment of youths in industries, the failure in acquiring rural employees where the raw materials for an industry are used and the inadequate industries in rural raw material base of most countries due to poor infrastructure and amenities. We have had the privilege to visit some of the industries we could find through our determination, researched, made comparison and we discovered of most concern that there has been a universal decline in labour force participation rates in youths between 1999 and 2019. The global rate of participation fell by almost 12 percentage points over this period, from 53.1 to 41.2 per cent; the total number of young persons in the labour force declined accordingly from 568 to 497 million, even though during this period the youth population actually rose from 1 billion to 1.3 billion. And this is a deformity that needs to be corrected because the youths of today deserve better job opportunities in industries for better creativity and development of the society. This situation and more, pertaining to industrial and infrastructural deficiencies propelled us to address this issue and proffer a solution to it.

It is not enough to simply have a good idea to start business. Successful entrepreneurs must first look at the market, plan realistically and mobilize troops to achieve your objectives. Because in practice, vision is only one part of the equation; it is just as important to know how to deal with concrete problems and be able to market yourself in a competitive environment.
Have a good morning

@Emergence of Newfangled groundwork. Once again your idea is great. To add to my earlier comment on your idea, I suggest you consider the article below:

While reading articles in the platform, I discovered so many of us are yet to explore the platform as expected. So as I read a recent post, I found out that it is quite informative and timely; not only for the competition but in our life endeavors as entrepreneurs so I decided to share it with you my friends. Happy Reading and application.

How to Promote Your Entry and Get More Votes

Almost a month has passed from the launch of the voting process for the 2020 Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition. Many of us already know that it takes some effort to get people support all the time. The voting process will help us understand why marketing is an integral component of the entrepreneurial design. Your idea or project might be great and highly beneficial to many people, but you need to get them to notice your service or product.

Getting started as a young entrepreneur is an exciting and challenging endeavor. Even if young people lack experience and knowledge, they have readiness and motivation to push through obstacles. On the other hand, it can be such an exciting opportunity for adults who did not have the opportunity to get involved with entrepreneurship in their younger years.

You have got to be crazy if you want to be an entrepreneur: you will have to work 12 to 14 hours a day, there will be no vacations in the near future, and you will have little or no private life anymore. Guenter Faltin says on his book Brains versus Capital.
When talking about successful startups and good entrepreneurial ideas, innovation can be applied both in emerging and existing industries. In other words, everywhere where there is an opportunity for growth and development.
At the initial stage, the young entrepreneur starts to feel like a Jack of all trades by switching into different roles from bookkeeping to marketing. You will notice how useful this experience is going to be when you make the first sales of your product or service.

Back to the competition. When you start promoting your idea or project for votes make sure to:
Explain how it is or will benefit your community or a specific category
Highlight what frustrating problems you are trying to solve and how you are doing it
Use emotions to make the audience notice, share, and vote for you
No matter what medium you are using, create a human voice for your product and service
Talk about the importance of sustainable entrepreneurship and how it could make the world a better place
Even though not everyone has equal access to an internet connection, there are traditional mediums that are still on trend. Print, daily papers, magazines, radio shows, podcasts, television, direct mail, telephone, and SMS are a good option if they have an audience and are cost effective.
Word of mouth marketing. It works for big brands, it will work for you too.

When promoting an idea or project, or everything, people reach out to relatives, friends, people at the school or university, local clubs, organizations. Social media will help you get more audience. Start by identifying the most popular social media sites in your region.
According to the Global Digital Report 2020 the number of
Internet users worldwide in 2020 is 4.5 billion
Social media users in 2020 are 3.8 billion
Mobile phone users in 2020 are 5.19 billion

The same survey confirms that the most popular social media around the world based on the number of users are: Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Messenger, WeChat, Instagram, Tik Tok, QZone, Sina Weibo, Reddit, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest and Kuaishou.

Next step. Identify what is the best type of content for each of these channels. Most people use social media for fun and relaxing. They chat with friends, look for photos, videos, and interesting content.
You can create a voice with videos and images
Cross-post across channels,
Use your hashtags
Appeal to influencers by quoting them on your promotions
Organize contests and giveaways
Share content from your friends
Ask for input
Share helpful information
Do not over post
Schedule social media posts in advance

Reminder
You need to publish your idea or project to make it eligible for the public vote. You can find it published at: Youth Competition 2020, Vote for best ideas 2020, Vote for best projects 2020; Adult Competition 2020 Vote for best ideas 2020, Vote for best projects 2020

Please I am encouraging you friends to create time and take the trainings and also read the articles. It is not all about the competition but the knowledge shared and acquired from this campus is awesome. Please do not miss out.

Finally, consider enrolling in the campus online training. This will help you improve on your entrepreneurial skills and derive the necessary motivation to keep forging ahead in the entrepreneurial journey even in the face of difficulties

Also, I have discovered that some of us do not understand that we have 15 minutes from July 6th to vote for our ideas or projects and vote for others as well if necessary. But at least we can vote for ourselves every day because in the campus competition, number of votes and comments gotten is one of the requirements for being a finalist and actually winning apart from the quality of a member concept. Please try to be an active participant while in the campus.

I hope this helps as we are currently voting and commenting

Please I have commented on your project and will vote if I have not done that; should you come online soon, do consider supporting my idea Eduheal with your vote and comment @https://www.entrepreneurship-campus.org/ideas/26/17805/

Thank you for supporting my idea with your votes and comments

Best wishes on your implementation

The Idea of Building with Bottles

What comes to mind when you see a bottle? You will find the design of the bottle attractive or not; perhaps the color appeals to you, or perhaps you consider whether it might work as a decorative element. I have often thought about these designs and asked myself why no one has developed a much more obvious form, that is, a form that would permit bottles to be used as building blocks. One might consider glass, but also PET or earthenware as materials. Glass blocks would be particularly suitable for Central Europe since our region is short on light and warmth. Clear glass bottles offer both. Put together to form walls, they would create rooms with lots of light, and double or triple glass windows would insulate well. Instead of melting the glass to recycle it, you would give the bottles a second economic life, and an extraordinary one at that. The whole thing would be free an ideal building material. Squared into blocks, with the neck of one bottle inserted into the base of the next bottle, the glass bottles would fit together securely. I am not thinking of those unimaginative glass brick walls from the 1960s, but of very clear, high quality bottles that would make it possible to construct an aesthetically pleasant building. To prevent overheating the rooms, you could cover the walls with plants on the outside. People planning to build themselves a house would drink out of rationally designed bottles for as long as it took to collect the building material. That material would not be financed by a bank but would come from your own storage space, or if you yourself were not planning to build, some publicly accessible space
Where people could put their bottles so that other people who wanted to build could get them as free building material. I see whole villages arising before my eyes, created out of imaginatively shaped igloos or houses with vertical glass walls and wooden roof beams, all taking advantage of light and warmth.

Day 29 of Commenting Phase and sharing with my Co contestants to use it and refine their projects and ideas

The first intelligent step in the direction of entrepreneurship is not to identify where we could earn money, but rather to discover what ideas and visions of our own we can generate. Entrepreneurship has the potential to be much more than self employment a passion, a journey of self discovery, evens a calling; a challenge to commit yourself to your own dreams, to achieve self realization in your work and to accomplish something great. Achieving economic success will follow, because what we do out of inner conviction and with all our strength will be work of the highest quality we are capable of. Recent neurobiological research even suggests that what we do with passion enhances the quality of certain brain functions. To begin with, there has to be an idea. What is missing where? What do I want to improve? What am I shooting for?

Day 30 of Commenting Phase and sharing with my Co contestants to use it and refine their projects and ideas
Above all, you want to create something you are proud of. That has always been my philosophy of business. I can honestly say that I have never gone into any business purely to make money. If that is the sole motive, then I believe you are better off doing nothing, commented Virgin founder Richard Branson. A business has to be involving; it has to be fun, and it has to exercise your creative instincts.

Day 31 of Commenting Phase and sharing with my Co contestants to use it and refine their projects and ideas

Muhammad Yunus is a good example. His Grameen Bank with its microcredit revolutionized the understanding and practice of granting loans. Prior to Yunus, the poor were not deemed creditworthy but, perhaps even more importantly, they were not profitable customers for the banks even if they did repay their loans, because in the conventional banking system very small loans created a disproportionately high administrative burden. And of course no one believed that the poor possessed the skills needed by entrepreneurs. Yunus created a totally new approach, proving that the poor are a good credit risk and that it is possible to create a system that is mostly self financing that charges and collects interest and is applicable internationally. Anyone familiar with the Yunus story knows that he began with a loan of about

27 dollars, a ridiculously small sum by our standards, to help 42 women achieve micro entrepreneurship i.e. a little bit more than 50 cents per project, and that without exception all the borrowers repaid their loans.

Day 32 of Commenting Phase and sharing with my Co contestants to use it and refine their projects and ideas

Must you be Born an Entrepreneur?
Do you have to be born an entrepreneur? It is a widespread view that an entrepreneur must possess a whole array of personality traits if he wants to be successful. Assertiveness, self sufficiency (high internal locus of control, business skills and expertise, tenacity, rhetorical ability, and more. This all sounds very reasonable. Nonetheless, it is not true. There have been numerous empirical studies, particularly in the USA, which ask what personality traits make a successful entrepreneur. It turned out in these studies that there is no empirical evidence for these apparently reasonable character traits. Surprisingly, the traits approach shows no specific traits for successful startup entrepreneurs. In spite of intensive research it has not yet been possible to identify either a single personality trait or a composite of character traits by which you could predict either start up activities or their success. There are no predetermined character traits for startup entrepreneurs that would permit a prediction of their business success. The notion that qualities like assertiveness and leadership skills evolve over time is not unreasonable, but it would be wrong to regard these traits as the basis for success and assume that they are indispensible from the start. It follows that many more individuals are qualified to become business founders than is generally thought, and we can cast the net much wider when it comes to thinking about a broader, more open entrepreneurial culture. Entrepreneurship is not a specialized field accessible to only the few and with entrée only through a set of special skills. No exceptional traits are required up front for you to succeed as a founder.

Day 33 of Commenting Phase and sharing with my Co contestants to use it and refine their projects and ideas

Gradually little entrepreneurial concepts started peeling out of the group. A number of the students rode motor scooters and had financial problems when their scooters were in the repair shop. Could not you fix them yourself? Not really, but there were friends and acquaintances who could help you. The idea of a scooter repair shop was taking form. A number of the students had already purchased replacement parts and tried to put them in themselves. Now they could buy these parts together, maybe at a wholesaler, and save money. Another member of the group chimed in, Every time I want to drink a cola it is awfully expensive. But we could drink our own colas at the repair friends stop by, we could sell those cola much cheaper than at the stand. A scooter repair shop with beverage service

Day 34 of Commenting Phase and sharing with my Co contestants to use it and refine their projects and ideas

Attempts to determine through tests who are suited to be a business founder have also been fruitless. The evidence suggests that the skills we ascribe to founders arise only through the process, that is, in the course of running the business. I can confirm this from my own observations. More than once I have seen that people without apparent promise have turned out to be exceptional at starting up their own companies. Convinced that they have a well thought out and dynamic concept, they put it into practice with great will and tenacity.

Take, for example, my student Kurt. He was obsessed with the idea that he could make rock concerts cheaper so that young people without much money could attend them. His idea was to have performances by groups that did not yet have big names, but which he believed were promising new directions in rock

Halo Co Contestants today is Acht August zweithousend und zwanzig
This week I want you to read through this comment and make your best of it to examine and refine your ideas and projects but consider these vital questions first
Are you sure you are a creative destroyer?
Are you sure your focus point is the concept of your idea?
Are you unconventional as well as your idea or project?
Did you know about the three triple bottom line?
Are you sure you are ready to turn tour enterprise into fun and work?

With Brains versus Capital book you will whimsically find these answers

Day 28 of Voting and Commenting Phase is here for All Contestants to Read and Refine their Ideas and Projects for Implementation

We need to show how the new perspectives opened up by entrepreneurship enable broad and active participation in the economy. Not just on some abstract, theoretical level, but with practical examples that the rest of us can emulate. It would be a shame if we were to leave these opportunities to the still elatively small number of business founders and their investors who occupy the playing field today. Even in the field of fashion, I can imagine devising our own brands, custom tailored to ourselves. In part, this is because I would like to be a brand of my own, instead of being forced to purchase my image, respectability or attractiveness by means of expensive watches and exclusive brand name trousers and shirts. The other reason is that I had the good fortune to meet Professor Kambartel, at one time a professor of philosophy at the University of Constance.Kambartel always wore the same light colored trousers and a practical shirt equipped with many pockets. He explained that he did not want to spend his limited time on earth on something as silly as poking around in the mens department of a department store. If he found something he liked, then on his next visit it would not be there anymore. So he had decided to buy multiples of an item all at once, instead of starting over again every time he had a need for clothes.

Day 29 of Voting and Commenting Phase is here for All Contestants to Read and Refine their Ideas and Projects for Implementation
One day in December I ran into a man making his way down the street dressed as a Christmas tree with lights. Baffled, I stopped and looked. Children were pointing at him, shoppers carrying Christmas gifts turned to look at him. I followed along a few steps behind him, then congratulated him on his costume and asked about his motive. Grinning, he told me, I sell candles since I got this costume, I really standout. I invited him to the university so that I could get my students to come up with their own ideas instead of putting their trust in marketing textbooks. He actually showed up, with a TV crew close on his heels. They only wanted pictures of him; they paid no attention to me. Instant stardom

9.3 Social Entrepreneurship

The idea of social entrepreneurship is gaining ground around the world. This is probably because the concept of commitment to a social cause is linked to the idea of entrepreneurial initiatives, purposeful organization and disciplined cost management on the part of companies. Something along the lines of Richard Branson and Mother Teresa in one and the same person. Moreover, the concept responds to a movement that acknowledges that governments, administrations and existing social organizations do not seem to be coming to grips with certain types of problems, whether because they function inefficiently, are administering rather than satisfying social needs, or because they are simply rigid and obsolete. We need, so goes the thesis, social entrepreneurs, who with new approaches to complex new problems will find and implement suitable answers. The term social entrepreneurship is new, but the concept is not. There have always been social entrepreneurs, and many of our institutions originated because of them. Back in the 19th century, Friedrich von Bodelschwingh created the Bethel Institute in Germany, a world renowned social enterprise that functioned according to economic principles and operated its own artisan workshops, its own electric and water supply, its own schools and training centers. The founder of the Red Cross, Henri Dunant, was most certainly a social entrepreneur, as was Mother Teresa in Calcutta.

Day 33 of Voting and Commenting Phase is here for All Contestants to Read and Refine their Ideas and Projects for Implementation
It is also true that social entrepreneurs are pioneers who work with new approaches instead of attempting to improve existing processes through minor changes. So it is not a matter of what the English speaking world calls best practice, but rather of creating new concepts to solve social problems. Anyone familiar with the Yunus story knows that he began with a loan of about 27 dollars, a ridiculously small sum by our standards, to help 42 women achieve micro entrepreneurship that is a little bit more than 50 cents per project, and that without exception all the borrowers repaid their loans. I invite you to join me in thinking how we might better understand this new discipline of social entrepreneurship and how to better publicize its opportunities and conditions.

Day 34 of Voting and Commenting Phase is here for All Contestants to Read and Refine their Ideas and Projects for Implementation
BOSCHEE McCLURG Profits yes or no? I am afraid this question would not get us any further. We have to delve more deeply into the motivations of the actors. Let me share a little story to illuminate this issue. Harvard, July 1998. Howard Stevenson, professor of entrepreneurship, is reporting on a new teaching module for this venerable institution. Ethical conduct, he says, is now a component of management education. You cannot start teaching these principles to your economics students soon enough. He stresses emphatically how important the ethical conduct of its students is to an educational institution especially after the numerous corporate scandals in the US. Then Stevenson stops speaking. Theres a long pause. A few of his listeners grow uneasy, especially as the professor stands before them red faced and looking somewhat unwell. He simply stands there, silently. Perhaps a minute passes, an eternity. As his audience starts to become concerned, he calmly continues, Is there anyone here in this room foolish enough to believe you could do it like this? Create ethical conduct through instruction? Have not there been many others preaching ethics before? Professor Stevenson was right it is not that simple. Stevenson proposed that we examine the situation more closely, analyze the motives and try to figure out how we can create a win win situation.

@Emergence of Newfabgled groundwork. Once more your idea is impressive. To add to my earlier comment on your idea, I am sharing with you how to create a winning business model.

What Is a Business Model, Really

Everyone agrees that executives must know how business models work if their organizations are to thrive, yet there continues to be little agreement on an operating definition. Management writer Joan Magretta defined a business model as the story that explains how an enterprise works, harking back to Peter Drucker, who described it as the answer to the questions: Who is your customer, what does the customer value, and how do you deliver value at an appropriate cost.

Other experts define a business model by specifying the main characteristics of a good one. For example, Harvard Business School Clay Christensen suggests that a business model should consist of four elements: a customer value proposition, a profit formula, key resources, and key processes. Such descriptions undoubtedly help executives evaluate business models, but they impose preconceptions about what they should look like and may constrain the development of radically different ones.

Studies suggest that one component of a business model must be the choices that executives make about how the organization should operate-choices such as compensation practices, procurement contracts, location of facilities, extent of vertical integration, sales and marketing initiatives, and so on. Managerial choices, of course, have consequences. For instance, pricing affects sales volume, which, in turn, shapes the company scale economies and bargaining power both consequences. These consequences influence the company logic of value creation and value capture, so they too must have a place in the definition. In its simplest conceptualization, therefore, a business model consists of a set of managerial choices and the consequences of those choices.

Companies make three types of choices when creating business models. Policy choices determine the actions an organization takes across all its operations such as using nonunion workers, locating plants in rural areas, or encouraging employees to fly coach class. Asset choices pertain to the tangible resources a company deploys -manufacturing facilities or satellite communication systems, for instance. And governance choices refer to how a company arranges decision-making rights over the other two should we own or lease machinery. Seemingly innocuous differences in the governance of policies and assets influence their effectiveness a great deal.

Three Characteristics of a Good Business Model

How can one tell if a business model will be effective. A good one will meet three criteria.

1. Is it aligned with company goals
The choices made while designing a business model should deliver consequences that enable an organization to achieve its goals.

2. Is it self-reinforcing
The choices that executives make while creating a business model should complement one another; there must be internal consistency.

3. Is it robust
A good business model should be able to sustain its effectiveness over time by fending off four threats, identified by Pankaj Ghemawat. They are imitation such as can competitors replicate your business model; holdup -can customers, suppliers, or other players capture the value you create by flexing their bargaining power; slack -organizational complacency; and substitution- can new products decrease the value customers perceive in your products or services. Although the period of effectiveness may be shorter nowadays than it once was, robustness is still a critical parameter for effective business model.

Dear campus members, describing our business models is one of the requirements in the Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship competition; Therefore, I honestly suggest that before you submit your idea or project, create time to read this article. Hello,

Congratulations on your idea! It has meaning and it can brainstorm solutions to work for a better world.
You have to know that in thinking of a better world, we have fantastic ideas.
But how do we present these ideas to society? We want to integrate into the entrepreneurial world.
From all this, we want to help, innovate, reform according to the objective of our ideas.
You have to know that we must take care to control our ideas, put them out well, know the consequences, take sustainability into account, to name just a few.
We can then ask ourselves "how am I going to do for a good implementation? For the management? Will the company be able to benefit from what you will do? How will you do for the sustainability of your business? do you to meet the three level of sustainability? What are your advantages? "
In short, know what you really want and improve the vision you have. This is my support for you!

Keep going and achieve your goals!

Best of lucks!

I have vote for you too. And I true that business model is very profitable but it requires little help from loan giving agencies.

Advertising, business websites are all helpful for the exposure of the business, but the targeted location of the business(rural and underpopulated areas) yields insufficient customers. So,branches of the same business will be squeezed in urban areas to create better exposure of the business.Energy distribution is a problem in most countries like Nigeria and the use of solar panel tackles the problem.

Wonderful [email protected] of newfangled groundwork. In Nigeria, there is high rate of rural-urban migration as a result of lack of industries in rural areas. My state is even regarde as a one city state because most of rural dwellers have migrated to the one city in search of greeneerr pastures leaving the rural villages without any form of development. Assisting in the industrialization of the rural areas is a plausible idea and hope you keep it up. This is a great idea, to add to your solution, I am sharing with you questions from one of the campus online trainings.

What methodology or strategy will I use during different processes of implementing this idea?

Campus members did you know that in 7 3 Compose Your Company?

Let is start with a small, manageable example. Rafael Kugel explains Scientists at the University of Essen discovered that the process of removing the rapeseeds bitter hullmade it possible to extract pleasant tasting oil. The valuable properties of rapeseed oil, now more commonly known as canola oil, have long been known, and the German Society for Nutrition DeutscheGesellschaft für Ernährung expressly recommends its consumption because of its nutritional benefits it contains 60 percent monounsaturated fatty acids and high levels of vitamin E, as well as polyunsaturated omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. After the discovery of how to make the oil palatable, I thought it would be possible to help canola oil achieve a new economic life. If you packaged this oil in large containers and marketed it directly to the consumer, instead of selling it over the counter in small containers at high prices, would not that convince consumers to buy their canola oil by mail order from me? The Tea Campaign model transferred to canola oil?

An Example Making Toothbrushes Cheaper

Not far from Bonn is a factory that makes most of the toothbrushes sold in Germany. A number of well known
brands have their toothbrushes made for them there. You, too, can have your toothbrushes
manufactured there and sell them under your own name or under some other fancy name. Get together
with your friends and acquaintances and start a Toothbrush Campaign. You know that toothbrushes
should not be used too long otherwise they will damage your teeth, no matter how expensive or
scientific their design. You yourself need at least ten toothbrushes a year. So your own circle of friends
and acquaintances is sufficient for a small campaign. Why should your friends buy their toothbrushes
from you? You can already figure it out. Not because you are attractive and likeable and can talk your
friends into buying them from you, but because naturally your toothbrushes are much cheaper than the
toothbrushes they are buying for themselves, even at the discount store. Materials and production cost
almost nothing. Toothbrushes become expensive because of the advertising to develop the brand and
sales.
How should you sell your toothbrushes? Set up an online shop so that the acquaintances of your
acquaintances can buy a year is supply, or else you can distribute the toothbrushes in person when you
go for a visit. Do not be afraid that your friends will laugh at you. They will only do that at the beginning
before they understand the concept. After that, they will either be green with envy or they will immediately
start looking for a product to use for a little campaign of their own. If you brush your teeth with an
electric toothbrush and we hope you do the enterprise will pay off that much faster. You have certainly
already been irritated at how expensive those little brushes for the top of the hand piece are. Ideally you
should sell the motor right along with it. It should be rugged and have a long service life, and the device
should be designed with sensor technology that adjusts the pressure on the teeth, which is usually too
strong. In this way you will have eliminated the problem created by brand name electric toothbrush
manufacturers, which is that a different toothbrush head must be purchased for every brand of electric
toothbrush.
Now you start to think of a brand name. Take Green for example. Yes, Green. You cannot call your
electric toothbrush Braun Brown Braun is the name of a famous German company with a reputation
for high quality products. But Green maybe you could. To be safe, look for someone whose name is
Green and name your company after him. Keep looking under Green in the telephone book until
you find someone who is willing to go along with this experiment. If when you try to register the name,
they tell you that the name Green is not allowed, bring a legal action. If the brand Brown is allowed,
Green has to be permitted too. What I am really trying to say here is that you should choose a
memorable name that is as simple as possible and not let yourself be dissuaded too quickly by
statements like That would not work or There is one like that already.
The Tea Campaign never had any difficulty buying good quality tea, not even when the tea merchants
tried to use their market power against us and attempted to influence tea producers to stop selling to
us.

These days production is no longer the problem. So what is the problem? Packaging and shipping? This
is handled by professional packagers and shippers. The Projektwerkstatt offers this service we already
ship more than 100,000 parcels each year. We have the entire infrastructure. Your few dozen or several
hundred packages would not make any difference. As far as the costs are concerned, you will be getting
involved with an enterprise that is already operating with extreme efficiency. Even the postage will be
cheaper for you. While you will quickly shell out six Euros for a single package mailed parcel post at the
post office, the same package will cost only half as much with us and you will save yourself the trip to the
post office and the time waiting in line. Obviously the cost of packaging material is also lower because
we buy in quantity. It is a real win win situation. You will save a lot of money, and we will utilize our existing
capacity more efficiently, and later, when you are sending a thousand packages, our costs will be even
lower because now we will have larger volume and better purchase discounts because of you. But check
around to see whether you can find another service provider who might be even cheaper than we are,
or who is in a better position to meet your specific needs.
What is left is operating and administering the online shop. Here the solution is even simpler. Set up
your own online shop by using software that releases you from all the administrative duties. At the end
of the month you will get a report on how much you have sold and earned. If you are curious and want to
check on your business every night, you can call up the latest data yourself any time you want to.
Nowadays, you will find professional service providers who offer this service.

Now before you throw this book down in disgust, I will grant you that there are exceptions. When research
and development in the hi tech area is necessary, you will need large amounts of capital. The same
holds true in pharmaceutical research. An enormous amount of capital is required from the first
research findings through clinical trials to the sale of a drug.

So, now do you want a little company of your own?

Small is beautiful that may be true, you concede. Maybe you are more flexible than the big boys and
You are not saddled with a huge administrative apparatus. But does not a small company have definite
economic handicaps? Small batches, high unit costs, no money for research and development or for
marketing?
Marketing and infrastructure have changed in a way that has made the traditional perceptions of large
and small obsolete. This is because of the openness and transparency of the modern markets, as well as
the new professionalism and process reliability.
Thus, and this is the decisive factor, founders have access to the same market and on practically the
same terms as the big companies.

Day 27

Campus members today before you made any comment and sharing phase, and cast vote for my idea please read this

You are probably thinking it is cheaper to do things yourself rather than using third party professional
service providers. In practice, however, experience has often shown that if you take all of your own
costs into account, you can buy such services more cheaply than what it would cost you to perform
them yourself.
In summary, as unlikely as it may seem to you at the moment, you can play with the big boys. But you
should be prudent and limit yourself to supplying a single product or a single service. Marketing experts
will try to talk you into diversification so that you can spread your risk. But be careful you will be paying
for this with mushrooming complexity and higher unit costs. It was not without reason that Andrew
Carnegie said, Concentrate your energies, your thoughts and your capital. The wise man puts all his
eggs in one basket and watches the basket. The opportunity for you to become an expert in a single
subject, keep track of your business and be superior to existing conventions in this one thing outweighs
the risk of non diversification.
Later, when you have gathered more experience and your concept has been successful in practice, you can
expand, diversify or even bring the outsourced functions back into your company. At that point your
risks will be manageable and calculable

holds true in pharmaceutical research. An enormous amount of capital is required from the first

While envisioning to do volunteer work and assisting upcoming start ups across borders soon.

Day 22
As a budding 2020 Citizen Entrepreneurship Contestant from Nigeria South South Nigeria Region I love my idea and project Electricity for Everyone because I seek out to ask many questions than answers, I am 100 percent focus and self discipline, critical thinker, networker, innovator while my major duty now is to help young people across mother Earth to start developing their inherent entrepreneurial skills and talents towards realizing our 17 sustainable development goals and join me now to ask many questions across our 2020 platform
Holger Johnson is just such a multi founder. In addition to Ebuero AG, he has established, co founded or functioned as a business angel actively engaged in the development of about 20 other companies. How does he do it? He concentrates on the entrepreneurial design, from which he formulates objectives and tasks and then supervises their execution. In this way he uses his head and his time in the area in which he excels. He knows full well that he must not permit too much complexity in his entrepreneurial design work. A high degree of complexity would increase susceptibility to error and require more decision making on his part; it would sap more of his energy and divert his attention from the areas where his best talents lie and from what he most enjoys. Campus members use this in your idea or project
I want all to reflect on it
Day 23
Successful companies originate in the mind. The better an entrepreneurial concept is and the more it is
analyzed and fine tuned, the more it will resemble a finished work of art and the more likely it is to be
successful.
I want all to reflect on it
Day 24
Dorothee is the daughter of a colleague of mine. She was an English major but did not want to become a
teacher. In her free time she creates vases, large ceramic pieces. She asked me whether she could not
make a little business out of this. I asked her a whole series of questions. Did she really enjoy doing it?
Did she enjoy it so much that she could imagine doing it over the long term? Are people willing to buy
these vases with their own money? And much more. Dorothee explained that she really did enjoy
working on her ceramics. That there are people who are buying her vases already and that she is earning
money with them, even when she calculates all her expenses and her own work time. And that if she
wanted to, she could ask for more money.
This did not sound bad. In fact, it sounded very convincing. Dorothee would probably be happier with her
vases than she would be working as a teacher in a job she disliked. My advice do it. Do not let yourself
be dissuaded bet on your artistic talent.
I ran into her again a few months later. Curious, I ask her about her business. I am not suited to be a
business person, she tells me. How so? I ask, amazed. Dorothee explains that she took a course in
starting a business, but I failed the balance sheet analysis.
Balance sheet analysis is something valuable. Nobody who wants to understand the financial situation of
a major company like Siemens can skip the balance sheet analysis. But what Dorothee needed is not a
balance sheet analysis. What she needs to know is whether her work is generating enough income.
Every street kid in Manila, every woman in Bangladesh who gets a microcredit from the Grameen Bank,
has the business smarts for this, without formal business administration concepts and techniques. A
formal requirement just frightens people off, especially creative, artistically inclined people. The start-up
consultant would have given better advice if he had simple told Dorothee to collect the receipts for her
expenses and her income and take them to a bookkeeper, or to pay a student to do her income tax
return. With Dorothee, a promising business founder was derailed because of an incompetent startup
consultant.
I want all to reflect on it
Day 25
Getting rid of the fanciful ideas
And where was the campfire? Much too dangerous. The artistic performances? Could you do a somersault in your confirmation suit? Any fanciful ideas had been taken away from the children before they were even aware of it. The concept of the adventure restaurant was dead on arrival.
I want all to reflect on it
Day 26

I want all to reflect on it
Day 27
Once you have the concept, you go on to researching and identifying appropriate components. This, too, does not have to become a full time job. Do not be satisfied with the first supplier to come along, just because you are happy to have found a component. Inquire, research, investigate, compare. Finally, you are ready to coordinate the components. This, too, is a manageable task where concepts are simple and straightforward.
Under these conditions illustrated in the examples described above founding a company can actually be a kind of part-time job. Launching a company with a safety net, so to speak. Do not give up your day job, your old occupation, until your own idea concept proves to be sound and sustainable. Wait for your concept to prove itself. Do not put all your money on one card, but establish your business on a carefully considered and securely solid basis. It is not true that the fast devour the slow in every situation, but those who are well prepared and work with professional partners will succeed over those who are excitable, overworked and try to organize everything in house.
I want all to reflect on it
Today, I motivate you to make use of my comment and also share with others in the platform so as to learn and improve your idea and project for successful startups and SDGs realization. I share it freely with others ideas and projects so as to join all in achieving our 2020 target in our entrepreneur campus.
I urge everyone today to freely and blissfully cast their votes and comments to my idea and project Electricity for Everyone and this is a link to my idea thanks a lot

Well hello everyone?. For many years Africans have been underestimated many people especially Africans with very valuable potentials never got the chance to get it nutured how to grow it into something very valuable to the world which is why I really really appreciate this program I really do because with this program we can prove that there are many talents hidden inside Africa just looking for a way to get nutured.
But that is not all all through my life if I've seen talent that is definitely one person I can certainly bet my life on with the best talent I believe Cornelius nkemdilim is a one-of-a-kind person with very unique talent especially when it comes to enterpreneurship he has all the skills needed by an entrepreneur he is smart has a good cognitive thinking and is a very persuasive person. If he is given the right opportunity just like every enterpreneur out there he will be a star that outshines every other star. One reason why I think this program is really really good and important is that it brings out the need of entrepreneur in our modern society I makes it's clear that we need people that think like him because his type of people are very rare. corruption and over dependence on government is one reason why Africa has remained the slowest growing continent in the world. Entrapreneurship is a very rare quality that very few possess especially in Africa but I vote Cornelius nkemdilim because I have seen many people with good logical and cognitive thinking but I have never seen any like Cornelius nkemdilim.

Gunten Morgen oder ( or Good Morning ),

I want to say , sustainability is one of the most important things and we should invest more in research to improve it. Moreover, I like the fact that your initiative has a powerful and peaceful focus first. So I want you to read the below

Let me start this part what is a leading social entrepreneur by asking you a question. What is the most powerful force in the world? I think it is pretty clear that it is a major pattern changing idea, but only if it is in the hands of an entrepreneur. It is that combination that moves the world more than anything else. So let me then challenge you to see some of the patterns as I introduce these two stories.
The first story is about Mary Gordon. Mary is a Canadian. She was elected a Fellow just short of three years ago. She saw a problem in the classes she was teaching in the public schools in Toronto. There was increasing number of children who could only respond to another child who made them uncomfortable with aggression, which of course invited aggression back from the other child, and you can predict where all that was leading. Every time a child went through that cycle the pattern would get deeper, and the probability of that child not being able to function in a world that requires a high level of skill in dealing with others increased. And of course the probability of the school being dysfunctional increased. Because Mary is an entrepreneur, she gave herself permission to see a problem that was obvious but no one was seeing. This is a clue as to one of the first patterns. Entrepreneurs give themselves permission to see and to think and to act.
If you are an entrepreneur, you do not want to solve it just for the children in your class. You want to change the whole society. Well, how do you change the education system? Everywhere in the world, it is notorious for not being the most innovative or fast moving sector. So she knew it had to be a very simple idea. I will jump ahead to the results. Three years later, she is gone from 2 schools to 2,000 schools in Canada New Zealand has adopted the idea and she has been approached by the Government of Japan for help.
What is her idea? She asks only for one hour a month for 8 months of a class, and the younger the children the better. She brings an infant less than one year old, plus mom, plus a green blanket. The infant is the professor. The infant sits on the green blanket. The students have the responsibility, not the teacher, for figuring out what the professor is saying and later what the professor is feeling. You can imagine the children get into this very quickly. It has a huge impact. The Canadians actually have a measurement system for bullying. After those 8 hours, bullying rates come down and stay down. You could see that this is an idea and approach that could work anywhere in the world and Mary is out to make it work everywhere in the world. So that is Case One

The idea is innovative on its own.I agree with you when you said youths are meant to be employed gainfully in industries because it also helps them create connections with industrial owners before they could even grow into adulthood. The youths could even make a lot of money through that business they are doing which tackles their immediate needs.Their decision-making towards their future career is more effective and faster. And yes,the more time dedicated into business the less time they have to even think about mischief to commit. If think about this, you will discover that education when it comes to anything business is more practical in the sense that they gather a lot of knowledge in their workplace to use while learning in school. Also more age more maturity and creativity which brings forth sustainable development in the future.I am so interested in your idea because it creates better future for all youths

Dear Cornelius,

Your idea of promoting groundwork for the young population is very interesting, it for sure has potential! I would just try to narrow about a bit your focus in order to make the initiative more feasible. Apart from that nothing else to say.

I wish you luck in the contest and in your future!

I promoted a sustainable and ethical way of using coltan, you can check it in the following link if pleased: https://www.entrepreneurship-campus.org/ideas/26/18482/
