The goal of Garage Direct is to provide services to people who own cars if they have a problem getting service wherever they are. Garage Direct will start working for Dar es salaam community but the goal and purpose is to work throughout Tanzania. It will also provide employment for young people with skills and automotive skills. For the first time Garage Direct will partner with mechanical engineers and car parts stores but in the future Garage Direct will need to own it's own automotive parts company and engineers. Garage Direct will develop a website and mobile application that will help the customer to access service quickly also building the relationship by providing them quality and affordable services. Garage Direct will ensure it perform the client's work honestly and efficiently. Garage Direct has come up with the solution to providing customer care, helping a customer where he/she is, discounted price and faithfully.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Garage Direct will create a strong team that will do a good job of customer loyalty, promote technology by using website and mobile application, Garage Direct will minimize the victim also it will attract even young people to love entrepreneurship and minimize the cost of buying fake equipment since will direct them where to get good ones. Garage Direct will measure evaluate success by checking the performance to business, stakeholders satisfaction.

Garage Direct will deal with people who have cars. Our key partner are mechanical engineers and automotive parts company, key activities to develop web and mobile application, marketing activities, working with partner and managing customer functions. Our value proposition to get good care, faithful, low pricing and source of income through engineers. Customer relationship will maintain these by call centre, rateal and community relationship. Key resources are three resources human(developer and engineers), financial (advertisement and office) and material (personal computer). Cost structure are marketing and web and mobile develop. Revenue streams are sales and advertisement revenue model. Channel are social media, web and mobile application and contacts
I'm Jonia Johansen, a Tanzanian lady with 25 years old. In 2015 I completed my certificate of procurement and logistics management according to financial problem I didn't continue with diploma so I stayed at home, it was so difficult situation which I passed seing my friends continuing with their studies. But I didn't give up since I love studying in 2019 I crossed up with a friend who introduced me to Apps and girls organization and I was chosen to Jovia program to study ICT and entrepreneurship. Through this program has made me to learn new skills which are developing web and mobile app. And also to know how to solve problem in our community. I'm happy to be a member and to meet other entrepreneurs I know through this I will gain more experience and also learning more other skills and getting partners so as I can fulfill my dreams.
