Every health worker who gives health services will be paid based on the number of services provided and the price is determined by each health worker. Every health worker has the right to determine the minimum price of 100,000 per visit and maximum nominal is unlimited. This fee includes transportation, materials used during the treatment, and a 20 percent discount for the total service per month. To maintain our program over time, InMed will be committed to 5 main concepts: (1) Working with only skilled and experiences medical workers, (2) Understanding the general patientsneeds before coming to their house. To this end a commenting section in the appointment form will be available for the patients to explain their needs to the health workers. Also remotely consultation by phone or video calls is available for more informations needed, (3) Adapting the healthcare services to the patients needs and living environment, (4) Giving online reports: at the end of each appointments the health worker will have to report online what he noticed, undertook and suggested during the visit.
