Explain your project in details:
Easafric Holdings Limited seeks to implement this project in slum areas of Nairobi. Notably, the project will entail working closely with health professionals and county dispensaries by supplying the necessary health commodities. This includes dressings and sutures, renal items, syringes and cannulas as well as counterpanes and cellular blankets. It is worth noting those public hospitals in the slum areas of Nairobi that is; Kawangware, Kibera, Mathare, Gorocho among others lack basic needs that support primary health care. As a consequence, child mortality and other deaths are on the rise. Treatable diseases like Malaria, diarrhea and common cold are widespread. This does not only slow down the economic development of the Country but also poses a great danger to the future. It is for this reason that this project seeks to leverage on the existing inequalities by supplying good quality medical consumables. This will go a long way in saving lives and improving health competitiveness in the slum set ups of Nairobi. Easafric Holdings Limited therefore looks at supplying these commodities to dispensaries at subsidized costs at rate lower that the prevailing Market prices . On this note, Easafric Holdings Limited will host stakeholder meetings, community awareness forums and structured dialogue to ascertain actual gaps and possible remedies. In the long run, Easafric will develop a working framework with the county dispensaries on the modes of supply and distribution framework. The MOU will specify actual roles to be undertaken by each entity detailing how patients will benefit from this kind of partnership. Easafric will put in place daily, weekly and Monthly Monitoring and evaluation to ascertain that the right thing is done and that patients in the mentioned areas are the primary beneficiaries of the project.

Sustainability and future plans
As a supply chain company registered in the republic of Kenya, Easafric Holdings Limited will engage international manufacturers with credible track record to produce high quality health commodities. We will issue Letter of Credit for all our supplies as a way of ensuring that we don't compromise on the quality of goods. Before shipment, goods will be inspected by reputable inspecting companies like SGS. Additionally, we will seek funding support from our bank to supplement supplies beyond the project period. We will use our securities like Tittle Deeds and Car log books to secure funding support. But more importantly the managing director of Easafric Holdings Limited will inject his own revenue and savings to support the growth of the business. It is worth noting that our plan is to expand the business in the near future to reach every corner of the republic of Kenya. Our strategy is to reach out to areas that have been selectively neglected by our government. Place like Turkana, West Pokot, Mandera, Mt. Elgon, Garissa, Baringo, Moyale, among others in rural Kenya are at the forefront of health crisis. Citizens die in their homes for lack of adequate commodities. But more importantly, Easafric is mobilizing future resources so as to set up a manufacturing Plant in the country to support local production. In the end, we will be creating jobs but also the cost of health consumables will be lowered.
