Explain your project in details:
We are to operate 5tons per hour commercial palm oil processing mill with ranges of modern palm oil processing machines such as fresh fruit bunches receptor with weighing bridge, automatic cookers, rotary beater arm fruit bunch thresher, conventional rotary arm digester, automatic presser, static decanter to separate oil from sludge, conveyors to reduce manual handling, and a vibrating filter to reduce solids entering the decanters and large storage tanks. To cultivate and assist in cultivating of additional 20,000 hectares of good varieties of oil palm in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria for the foreseeable future. We currently operate a 3tons per day modern palm oil processing facilities which we undertook harvesting as well as purchasing of 7-10tons of fresh fruit bunches monthly from our plantations and suppliers for processing of industrial Palm Oil and household consumable as well as cracking of the kernel to manufacture Crude Palm Kernel Oil, Kernel Cake (sludge) and the kernel Shell for exportation. The production gave us double of return on investment. We break-in the competitive edge and stand at advantage over our competitors through the use of modern technologies and machines in our production processes thus making the manufacturing more adventitious and less-cost to targeted 1000 smallholder farmers. But we could not to meet with the market demands for our edible oil; as most customers find it difficult getting the required quantity of oil as demanded due to inadequate capital which could have enable us go into large scale cultivation to boost availability of raw material.

We proposed to expand our production and supply capacity to 5tons per hour production capacity to meet with the market demands and provide commercial palm oil processing services to over 1000 smallholder farmers in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria who do not have access to standard oil palm processing facilities for their palm produce. Sustainability and future plans
Palm oil industry in Nigeria is flooded with smallholder farmers, who cultivated low yield varieties of oil palms, with inadequate technologies, finance, as well as modern facilities to handle commercial quantities of palm oil production as demanded in Nigerian oil market. These open a wider supply and demand gap leading to huge importation of palm oil in Nigeria. our business models are: (1) Purchasing of 20tons of fresh fruit daily (6days a week) to manufacture Palm Oil, Palm kernel Oil, kernel Cake and Shell in commercial quantities to feed the yearning palm oil market in Nigeria. (2) Provision of modern commercial palm oil processing machines in our dynamic mill to serve over 1000 smallholder farmers in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria who do not have access to good palm oil processing facilities for their palm fruits; this will help in creating 10,000 additional jobs in rural communities in Akwa Ibom State to tackle poverty and unemployment rate. (3) To cultivate and assist in cultivating of additional 20,000 hectares of good varieties of oil palm in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria for the foreseeable future. Financing source: (1) We finance our operations through personal investment, friends and family contribution. (2) We write this proposal to get funding which will help in expansion of our services as intended.
