Explain your project in details:
We live in a hyper-digitalised world of ME, mySELF & I all eyes on social MEdia, SELFies and mobile phones. Filipinos spend an average of ten hours daily on social media, making Filipinos the most active users for four years in a row. With mindless scrolling and being overly-fed with excessive #filtered content our newsfeeds, we are prone to lose our sense of SELF, and widely affect us and our overall health from escalating rates of mental health issues to stress-induced illnesses. Filipinos were among the most stressed populations in the world. The Philippines also has one of the highest cases of depression in Southeast Asia, affecting over three million Filipinos. Replacing offline interactions for online interactions, this feeling of isolation can be disillusioning and cause many to struggle mentally, emotionally, socially. Many have become the impatient, isolated, insecure individuals who are constantly competing against each other being the humanrace. Our founder Krisha Sia experienced this herself. Working majorly online as Brand Development Consultant, it took a toll on her overall well-being. She crossed paths with people who have experienced the same. In light of COVID-19 and the need to self-isolate, people around the world may be feeling more disconnected than ever. We want to change this. But it starts with the SELF. Thus brought forth the establishment of P4SSitON. P4SSitON is a community organisation driven by shared Passions to build a Positive, Purposeful, Progressive community of 't's - accountability buddies, where instead of competing as the humanrace', we collaborate to become the humankind'. Taking a Me-to-We approach, we aim to raise awareness on the importance of the SELF to embrace SELF-care and engage in SELFless acts for holistic well-being and wholesome we-building.

Sustainability and future plans
For further growth and expansion, we are developing our existing strategies to tap into a wider audience beyond the Philippines, starting with our existing contacts and partners in Asia Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta to expand our pop-ups both online and offline such as the P4SSitON Summit, retreats, camps; programmes scaling the the Amp4ssadors Programme with chapters across the world, and primarily gaining our funding from partnerships and sponsorships. Despite the inhibitions of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we believe that the digital world can be utilised for our advantage to further expand our audience. We will build omnichannel strategies that will allow us to transfer our initiatives from offline to online in the meantime such as events will be held via webinars. Social media Facebook, Instagram, YouTube will be our driving force. We believe in the power of Social Media as a force for good! #SocialMEtoWEdia
