Our project is called Fitness & Green Theme Restaurant, which aims to promote modern people to develop correct diet and health concept through green diet and exercise. We combine diet and fitness to create a large theme restaurant. The raw materials of the food are from the rural areas, and the food materials are organic. In terms of catering services, the restaurant will launch seasonal recipes, which are classified according to age and regional characteristics. In addition, the restaurant carries out ordering consultation, and the professional nutritionist will make the recommended ordering according to the current physical condition and working environment of customers so as to make the meal more professional, nutritious and scientific. We will create a new type of after-meal service by distributing a week effective free nutrition breakfast coupon; at the same time, health records are established for member customers, and health feedback and health guidance are conducted through long-term data observation. In addition, customers can exercise in the gym. We will have a special dietitian and fitness coach to customize the diet plan for customers. After the fitness is completed, customers can eat in our restaurant, combining exercise and fitness together to promote health. Our restaurant garbage will be treated by a special garbage company for recycling.

With the development of economy, people's scientific and technological level is further improved, and they pay more and more attention to their own diet. However, many restaurant operators put economic interests in the first place. Some illegal businessmen use advanced technology to add harmful chemical additives to food to make huge profits. Some people will use hormone to feed chicken, duck, fish and pig, so that people can eat hormone without knowing it, which is very harmful to the growth of people, especially children. In this case, people urgently need the health restaurant which focuses on providing people with green organic food. The raw materials used in the restaurant are organic food, no pesticide pollution, no additives; all food materials are provided by farmers or cooperative food companies in rural areas, and the food will be tested by the quality inspection bureau before it can be used for cooking, so as to ensure the safety and harmlessness of food raw materials from the source. In addition, as part of the theme restaurant, the gym will be equipped with professional fitness equipment and fitness coaches to provide fitness programs for customers. We also hold regular lectures to popularize nutrition and health knowledge. This way of healthy diet and fitness will let people improve their fitness through reasonable exercise and diet. In addition, the project also conforms to SDG 12. This is mainly reflected in several aspects: Restaurant utensils are made of green degradable materials; kitchen waste will be treated by a special garbage company to recycle and maximize its value.
Sustainability and future plans
Source of funds: personal funds; at the same time, we will cooperate with organic food companies which can provide us with some funds, and in return to which we will give shares. Marketing plan: we will focus on publicizing our cultural characteristics: health care and humanistic care; main product features: food therapy meals with food therapy and health care function; main service features: follow-up service of membership system. We will take online marketing and offline marketing, and cooperate with KOL in the fitness industry. We will take vlog+ live broadcast on the platform of Little Red book and Tiktok, and publicize the company's fitness concept, and attract customers to the restaurant. In terms of offline, we will form a cooperative relationship with the surrounding gyms, and we will provide commission for people who recommend customers to enter our restaurant. Business model: part of our income will come from providing food to customers who come to the restaurant just for food. Another part of the income comes from membership fees: we will implement an open membership system in which members pay membership fees for one year to enjoy the fitness programs and diet plans that our fitness coaches and nutritionists will tailor for the members. Those fitness programs and diet plans will be adjusted in time according to the changes of members' conditions observed from our collected data.
Your profile as an entrepreneur
The reason why I do this restaurant is when I was a child, I was weak. I often caught cold and was easy to get sick. But there was no problem with the physical examination. Later, my mother took me to see traditional Chinese medicine, and the doctor advised me to strengthen my physique through diet therapy and exercise. I just began to doubt whether simply changing the way I eat can actually enhance my health. After that, I began to try to change my diet according to the doctor's advice. I ate more protein, more organic food and do more exercise. Gradually, my physical fitness has really improved, and I no longer got sick regularly. This experience made me aware of the impact of eating on my health. So I came up with the idea of setting up a theme restaurant combining health and sports. In addition, I often participate in environmental protection, and I am a volunteer of an environmental protection organization. When I participated in volunteer activities, I learned that recycling waste can create a lot of value. Therefore, when I conceived the theme restaurant, I chose to use green biodegradable materials to make kitchen utensils. In addition, I have learned that kitchen waste can be treated by special waste companies, which can be converted into fertilizer for plants. In this way, the value of the waste can be maximized. Meanwhile, it can reduce environmental pollution and save resources.
