The project trains girls and women with disabilities up to 30 years of age and people with disabilities, deafblind people to weave products from plastic fibers that are widely used in everyday life. Plastic fibers are obtained from waste plastic bottles of different colors and shapes, plastic bags. This will serve as a source of free resource and profit for the above people.The project helps them earn income by selling products that they weave with their own hands, and then start their own business.And within the project, based on their capabilities, qualified specialists will organize seminars and training courses on setting up their own business.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
The project will involve girls and women under the age of 30 who live in regions with weak or low-income economies, as well as people with disabilities.The project allows people with disabilities to provide themselves with material benefits, on the other hand, it reduces to some extent the negative social consequences(material security, neglect of people, social isolation, etc
Sustainability and future plans
The project is implemented in 3 stages: at the first stage, the project covers up to 30% of people with disabilities living in the city and surrounding areas. At the second stage, 40% of the population of remote areas and regions will participate in the project. At the third stage, the above indicators will rise to 70-80%.To implement the project, financial assistance will be provided to the following organizations: The Fund for support of disabled people and persons with disabilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan,the Ministry of social protection and employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan, local and international non-governmental and non-profit charitable organizations, international organizations of the United Nations and UNESCO.
