Stop the violence against women

Objectives: 1.To Identify violence against women as one of the leading obstacles to the development of women in this generation 2.Reaveling the age bracket at most risk of violence against women 3.Exposing the predictive factors that can show how prone a particular geographical zone can be to violence against women 4.Exploring ways to mitigate against the menace of violence against women 5.Identifying the Role of Education in prevention of the menace with emphasis on targeting the main perpetrators which are males between 12 and 55 year old 6.Expounding the basic plan. Which is centered on prevention and voluntary relocation of victims who have already suffered from violence against women in order to prevent a recurrence 7 . Identifying it as a global and multidisciplinary problem that requires every sectors input

Impacts 1.Direct impact for about 2000 women will be directly impacted by the project through direct contact by means of direct communication via seminars , conferences, and other audiovisual means of communication like phone calls and video streaming . And expected impact includes: Creating a sense of value on women who lives in societies where rights of women do not count To reduce exploitation of women for sex which is identified as precursor to violence against women Reduce the level of supresion of expression against women abuse by creating action groups for women at grassroots level Launching wide spread campaign of awareness in marginalized and rural communities Erection of bill boards in strategic places with clear messages to the public again violence on women Active involvement in the relocation of victims of violence against women Engagement of local health and right groups in the campaign 2 Indirect impact includes Involvement in policy formulation for the benefit of women's rights to protection against violence Engagement of government at all levels to fuster education of the male aggressors from primary.secondary and tertiary institution on Civic education course on protection for women against violence Hightening the idea of a world celebration of a day earmarked for campaign on violence against women

All the world over many women are suffering from violence ,both relatives and victims of the menace are clamoring for justice but the systems are yet to rise to the challenge Hence everyone is eagerly waiting for the one to champion this cause.I believe that this project will gain the highest support and encouragement given the dire situation on ground Plans for implementation include 1.Formation of a multidisciplinary team of Experts in health.human right activist Criminal investigation.women right group and local authorities.with relevant government agency like women affairs as oversite 2 Source of funding which is from many sources including request for support from different right groups .NGO.Politicians.businesd mogul.personal savings and grants from world bodies 3 On sustainability .a key element is documentation and accountability in the voluntary relocation of victims of violence against women which is aimed at relocating victims and women at high risk to new geographical zone that are safer In due course we plan to extablish a revolving fund generated by monthly voluntary contribution from all beneficiaries of the voluntary relocation of victims We will work hard to achieve great success and hence we will be sure to receive all the support we need when people see our results
