Developing Communities

Explain your idea in details:

There is a reason why I came up with this plan. Mainly due to over 72 million children not having a primary education as stated by Human Rights.org. Do you know how absurd that is? The main point of my plan is to build schools and workplaces where those children can learn. Once they graduate they will have a stable work life. The reason for this is the rising rate of poverty within some parts of the world and our governments are completely clueless on how to deal with these situations. That's why there is a need for my plan if we will provide children with a chance to learn and lift their communities out of poverty. To start the business a study of the geography, culture, and situation of the community would be needed for my businesses and schools to be able to provide the best service possible. In the future, I hope to have 6 specialized schools: sporting, artistry, culinary, literature, entrepreneurial, and political schooling for developing communities, starting from the age of 6 to 18 anyone may enter as long as they are willing to dedicate their lives towards their crafts. Once they complete sporting schooling, students who graduate will have to serve within one of my sports businesses. The same goes for all the other schools once students complete their schooling, students will have to serve 3 or 5 years in my businesses. Like most business ideas I will have a circulating capital and fixed capital. For example, I will be using my political branch, the fixed capital will be invested in the political school's treasury, the circulating capital will be to supply my organizations and businesses towards the workers in my political office/ organizations and the remaining will be of course the surplus capital.

Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development

My idea is bound to have a positive impact on sustainable development in the long run without interfering with the needs and ability of future generations as our businesses and schools will develop along with the needs of the people. My main target customers are students. I would like students to be able to have a safe place where they can be themselves and follow their dreams. Customer segmentation is another important factor for my business to run smoothly, there needs to be a database of collections of students and consumer behaviors to be able to understand what we can do to improve. For my businesses and organizations to run in the long run we need to identify more than our target audience, there need to be ways to measure success. There are ways for my organization to measure success, customer relations, a database of productivity, collection of talents. Customer relation is an important part in order of my business for trust, integrity, morality to be the most important part of customer relations. A database of productivity is to see how well students are doing, to figure out why some are not working well, and get down to the root of the problem. To measure success relies upon the talent that the students possess to see who is the most capable talent and put them to good use for the development of the community in the long run. My plan will be able to support a country for generations to come, with the way the education systems improve as the world improve. At first, my plan will start in small communities but once it gets more successful it will be turned into a global project where students around the world can travel to learn their favorite subjects.

Plans for implementation and sustainability

The schools will teach students the necessary skills to survive in the professional world, not just that it will teach students how to be decent human beings. Any student can enter into my school as long as they are the right age and sworn to be good citizens of the world. In my business, it will be training students to turn into full-fledged professionals so they can contribute to the betterment of society. Revenue Streams will be the income generated from each of my different businesses and it will be invested separately into each of the schools. For my business revenue streams, it will be generated by those who consume my products, and the revenue also made in the business will be paid to my employees. The cost structure would cost a lot as we would need to maintain top-quality education, having quality staff in my school, after all, they represent how the students will be taught, and the same goes for my businesses. Another way my idea will be funded is from investors, charities, government organizations, and non-profit organizations. Key collaborators are to collaborate with professionals from around the world to make the schooling experience better for the students and my businesses, to be in partnerships with businesses who have similar goals as me to build a more sustainable world by providing much-needed education around the world. My business idea will provide many kids around the world not with just any education but the education they very much desire for their future. It will lift many families out of poverty, improve many communities significantly, bring hope to those in need of help that they are not forgotten and that they will get to learn the way those in the developing part of the world do.
