Explain your idea in details:
The main objective of this project is to support the user's emotions and let them enable them to perform their best every day. We will come up with a product-service system that consists of home-use products, portable products, and the application part. The product will make users feel comfortable and relax in different ways using temperature, scent, shape, and color. Our product is the user listener to keep record their daily emotion and link with the application to help the user feel better. Also, the application will help analyze the user data and give good information to improve their emotion. The product will be customizable in most of the parts to make sure it really fits in with our users. And we make sure that the things record is going to be the user privacy and other people will not be able to access it without permission. And about the material use we still on the research progress on which material will suit the best in each context.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Our target group is young-adult since this period of time is one of the important transition periods in their life and emotion is a big role in this time. Not everyone can cope with the emotional change or some event might really have a big effect on their emotion. The impact we want from this project is to make young adults have something to help them go through their hard times. Our main SDG's goal is 'Good health and Well being' also coming together with 'Responsible Consumption and Production. Focusing on the group of negative emotion we want to enhance their emotion into a better phase. We want to make our user emotion in the delight and positive section.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
We start from the PESTEL analysis and moving on to do research. We make research in different way and after we get the insight from our user and start to explore more on the idea. Dealing with the scent we would like to collaborate with doctor or people who is an expert in the field to make sure it really safe and will be good for our user. Also in Thailand we have many herb that can be explore more than the herb that is already popular in the market. Our main financial sources will come from our product kits sell also we might come up with a subscription plan for the application too. We want to reach out to our customer by Social Media using influencer to help advertise and also review feedback from our user to gain more attention from the target group. Since we mainly focus on young-adult they surely use social media. And now we are in the stage of designing our product kits, we are on the form testing and also developing on the application for the services. We would like to try get the prototype testing in different way and in different group of people as much as possible. Our platform will be simple, warm and safe feeling so the user will feel more relax using our service.
I'm Chayaporn Pongritsakda a 20 years old who is currently studying at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi(KMUTT), Bangkok, Thailand. Growing up I like to experiment with many things and like to explore a new topic. I'm an outgoing people and I also like to talk to many people and share my experience with others. In recent years I see more people speaking about emotional support and I start to feel interested in it. Also working a part-time job make me meet more people and understand people more. So I start to think about how can I help other people and at the same time also make the world a better place. Seeing more people suffer around my life makes me want to help them feel better and make sure they feel safe and not lonely.
