Hi Solomon. Waow, what a relieve. This is a beautiful idea that may ultimately address this practical problem in our communities and this can apply anywhere in the world where there is poor disposal management.

I'm really moved by your idea because it does not only employ technology but also does a sensitization on proper disposal methods. Can you imagine walking within the city and pass-by heap of rubbish that has a serious foul smell. Thank you for the idea and I pray it attains translates into existence.

There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve >> The fear of failure. So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable. https://www.entrepreneurship-campus.org/ideas/32/21472/

Wonderful! Technology is the only way to a clear future. I remember the idea was thought of at the start of the pandemic as a measure to reduce infection spread caused by touching on commonly used surfaces. Ideally this projected must be given immediate attention because of its unique technology of sensing and communication which helps to user to know the level of waste in the bin and therefore, sends a remainder alarm.
Having seen the prototype, I do encourage you to stick to the idea and do real live production upon ascertaining the market demand of the product.

I wish you do luck.

1. Surely, this is a very beautiful idea. From automatically opening and closing to automatically sending reminders to responsible persons that the dust bin needs to be emptied. I was delighted about your demon at Radiotherapy Department, UCI and I would love to see it pushed beyond just school projects and I remembered encouraging you to do so and I am not surprised to see it here.
2. Please, do a market analysis and if there is demand, plan for production on demand. Besides this, use this idea to think of other automated systems to solve local problems.
3. This is surely evidence that some individuals have undiscovered God-given talents and gifts that can take them to another level but they are just sitting on it. It is the kind of project I would invest in if money is available, as long as there is demand.

The automated waste bin will help greatly in infection control and proper waste disposal because of it's unique feature of sending messages to the responsible personnel alerting them to dispose off waste when the waste bin is 3/4 full or completely full.

I second the idear reason its a better tool for infection prevention and control. Its so smart that it detects a person who has come to dispose the waste whereby it opens itself then closes minus touching it,it also makes an alarm when full for someone to empty it.i rtherefore recommend it's usage in both private and government health facilities in Uganda.

This is sure a great idea and it will help to reduce on rate of infections among the population using this great technology where by when u come close to the dustbin it detects and opens automatically you drop your dust and closes also automatically.
Great work bravo

Automatic dust bin! Wow this will take us to another level. We appreciate this initiative and surely it will help the community greatly. This automatic dust bin uses solar system to automatically sense a person ready to dump into it and it opens then closes after you are done. Very fantastic.....

It will help a lot to prevent spread of diseases especially during this covid pandemic. I support the idea. The automatic dustbin should be placed in all public places be it offices, arcades, malls, supermarkets, hospitals, churches, schools etc.
