We are different from our competitors in the following ways, Female-only: Even though Shekab was first to come up with the idea of a female cab service, it did not have female captains. We are the first ones introducing only female captains for a cab services catered for only females. Student-friendly: Female students who have a car usually carpool with their friends, however, they never get paid for it. This service can give them a chance to earn their own money. Convenience: Our cab service will provide convenience to the females. They can quickly book the ride with our application and reach to their destination in few hours. Female safety: The whole idea of this business model revolves around the concept of female safety and protection against assaults and harassment which have been prevalent during the early times of both, Careem and Uber. Time-Saving: The pre-booking option will be provided in our app through this feature the customers can easily pre-book the ride for the next day. Currently our competitors are Careem, Uber, She-Kab but we are unique from them because we will not be charging any extra or peak hour charges. Our charges will be fixed and affordable. We will also provide 24/7 availability of services to our customers and also further diversify our services across different locations and cities.

Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development

Our target audience will be university going females and working women who might face certain convenience problems. Our main motive behind launching this idea is to promote women empowerment therefore we will be having female drivers who provide certain service to women. We have found the gap in the market that there is no such specific service for females. Females have to face certain challenges and safety issues when they are travelling alone. Due to this factor, our idea will address all the female issues and it will also reduce the gender discrimination issue which is considered to be one of the most common social issue in Pakistan. With this car-pool service across the country, the females will be given employment opportunities that will help them to further grow their career in the near future.

Plans for implementation and sustainability

Business Model Our business model is described with the help of six major elements which are as follows: Customer Segments: Our customer segments will include the females which we are targeting. We are creating a value proposition for our female customers. Value Proposition: Females have to face certain safety issues when travelling alone with the drivers. We have found this gap in the market and we came up with the idea of launching the car-pool service for the females. However, our idea will provide a certain value proposition to our targeted customers such as it provides convenience and saves the time of customers. Customer Relationships: We will focus on establishing a long-term relationship with our customers which will increase our brand loyalty. Our strong CRM system will be the communication bridge between our business and customers. There are different ways that connect us with our customers such as social media websites, email responses, different search engines. CRM is the virtual brand ambassador that holds the door open for our customer, answer their question and queries related to the service. Our CRM system will tell our customer about all the latest products, updates and new promotions about our product for a specific time. It will help us to send the right notifications at the right time to keep our business top of mind with our customers.
