Explain your idea in details:
The purpose of creating the this application is to empower farmers and ranchers in Indonesia by connecting them with investors or financiers. Then this application also aims to provide a platform for farmers and ranchers so that they can sell the results of their efforts at a price they can determine for themselves. As for the activities, users at this application are gathered into three groups: farmers or ranchers, investors, and users who only want to shop on the marketplace. The three groups of users have to register on an account with the same flow, which is filling in personal data in the form of full name, username, address, telephone number, e-mail, and password. Company Partners who wish to offer their business to investors can take advantage of the Invest feature. Several things that partners need to prepare for registering their business are preparing photo ID cards, partner photos withholding an ID card, account number, business location, business proposal (business description, details of income per month for 6 months), as well as a letter of recommendation from local government. After all the requirements are met, the company will select files and determine which partners qualify with the requirement.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Expected output is an mobile app for farmers and ranchers to obtain capital from investors so that they do not need to lend to banks or moneylender. Then make it easier to transact for breeders and farmers as well as consumers in shopping in the marketplace feature. Thus, farmers and ranchers in Indonesia can be empowered which leads to Indonesian economic growth. The strategies and efforts that we have taken to achieve the set output targets are as follows: First, conduct market surveys regarding the interest of farmers and ranchers to become partners as well as public interest in buying and investing through application products. The team also conducts competitor analysis in the industry that will be worked on. In addition, the team also explain it cash flows. Second, design, scheme, and construct websites and applications that can be accessed by the general public as an effort to facilitate access for consumers who want to use the services of this application products. Third, conduct promotions in the context of product introductions to the public through Facebook ads, Instagram ads and YouTube ads. Forth, perform user acquisition by creating attractive product descriptions, requesting reviews from users, creating advertisements on several social media platforms, until inviting people directly. During the preparation period to business execution, we will consult with lecturer and related parties to get correction every week. Besides, we will also make a progress report company and make records related to the obstacles that are present so that it can be used as an evaluation material for the company.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
In developing the application, we uses management methods which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC) with the following description: 1. Planning At this stage the team analyzes competitive opportunities and threats, organizational strengths and weaknesses, to determine how to position the organization for competing effectively in its environment. In addition, the team also plan related to the characteristics of human resources, allocation of financial resources, situations and conditions, to selection of time and place for the implementation of activities. 2. Organizing At this stage, we organizes the available resources: human resources and financial resources. Regarding financial resources, the author distributes them according to the needs of each position. The positions presented are CEO (Chief Executive Officer), COO (Chief Operating Officer), CTO (Chief Technology Officer), and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer). 3. Actuating This management function concerns the role of each team member in implementing all the planning and organizing that has been analyzed and calculated beforehand. In this case, each member carries out his responsibilities and duties according to the job description that has been mutually agreed upon. 4. Controlling This management function concerns the role of team members in taking the necessary actions to ensure that all activities that have been carried out are still related to the work of application products. As for what is done is to control the production process and conduct budget and performance audits.

I was also given an award as an outstanding student from the Faculty of Psychology and Socio-Cultural Sciences, Islamic University of Indonesia. Even though I'm a Psychology student, I really like agriculture. Therefore, the business plan that I participate in in this program is related to agriculture. This is because I want to make better agriculture in Indonesia.
