Explain your idea in details:
BE-EUNICE is a non-profit club that seeks to Prepare young Nigerian women for the 21st-century workforce focusing on the economic empowerment of women in Nigeria. There is a huge gender gap in the technology industry and the participation of women in tech is abysmal, we want to drive inclusion in technology and entrepreneurship for women to compete favorably with men in the talent markets and take up equal jobs with men and make equal salaries. We will collect funding from local and international donors and provide free or subsidized training in web development, graphics design, robotics, AR/VR, machine learning, artificial intelligence, IT Support, and business development. we will partner with technology hubs across Nigeria and online learning platforms to provide practical and sustainable instructor-led training for women between the ages of 16-46, drawn from secondary schools, universities, and graduates. We hope we can train 1000 in 5 states in Nigeria over the next 3 months through COURSERA (an e-learning platform) since the post covid-19 regulations still exist.
