My name is Vo Le Thao Nguyen, 19 years old. Major: Business Administration Experience: -The family has a tradition of more than 20 years in the business and production of ornamental plants. There are many relationships Head of Research and Development Department of Dynamic UEH Club, has more experience in cooperation and support for student startup projects in the Ho Chi Minh City area. Team Leader of the social media segment of the Pario Project Vietnamese science toys. Selected and trained on social project creation through Vietnam Development School and Youth Leader Camp 2021. I were born and grew up in Cai Mon, a traditional ornamental plant village in Vietnam. After many times with my family going to sell plants in big cities and witnessing the hardships of sellers, I gained a profound understanding of their problems. They have to work hard the whole year, take care of plants meticulously, thoughtfully, in many stages, and then look forward to the Tet (Lunar New Year) to transport them long distances to big cities to sell. To them, this number of plants is a gamble for an entire year. They bring blankets and pillows to the selling places to sleep during Tet , stand in the middle of the road to sell despite the rainy, cold weather, and sleep unsettled in the canvas at night. There are many dangers and difficulties. It is not only our own story but also the story of more than 55,000 households producing and trading ornamental plants in Vietnam. Witnessing the difficulties of famers as well as sellers, we are always concerned about how to help them change their lives and wish to bring technology to Vietnamese farmers, VietGOC project was come up with from there.
