SOCIOECONOMIC IMPACT

Present an idea of a bill in my country, which can regularize the rights and duties of the worker, within their daily work area, having a biannual control before the normal compliance with the legal law, before companies and institutions, in the opposite case of failure to enact, fines or suspensions. Before a much more truthful law, less phantom and of course more beneficial in favor of an ideal work environment. Making a direct approach to labor rights and a healthy environment, trying to eradicate labor exploitation, in addition to making clear records of the payment of labor, which is currently unprecedented in Latin America, seeking to make it sustainable and balanced, before the state, thus avoiding committing faults and arbitrariness against workers.

The main objective is to be able to create a decent work space with a regulation by the state, periodically, in the face of the current existing faults. The measures to evaluate the success would depend on the months of control and work, once the law is promulgated. Law that currently perhaps exists but not in a clear way and not many explicitly in favor of the worker, in the governments of Latin America, especially in Paraguay.

Prepare and create the plan of the bill in conjunction with legislative authorities, for subsequent discussion in the lower house of the National Congress. In the best of cases, if it were to be approved after the promulgation of the president, it would become a legal law, subsequent control and sanction.

I am 16 years old, at my young age, I have already done many things, I have already worked as an activist in Amnisitia Internacional, in Unicef, in addition to promoting activities with the embassy of the United States of America in Paraguay. Throughout my journey I have already been in more than 40 activities outside of school, such as scientific competitions, research development, volunteering, foundations, internships and currently in the development of the writing of my book. With various awards, inside and outside the school, in the Olympics and competitions, national youth representative among others. I really like to work in search of the common good, it is what motivates me.
