Explain your project in details:
"We watch" is a face-recognition smart camera that helps parents keep track of their child's educational progress, thus encouraging students to be more engaged in the educational life. Installed in the classroom and recreation, it records the student's daily behavior, trash picked up, points earned, classmates cheated, points lost. The student is thus pursued with a salubrious objective, to make him/her a good citizen. The uses of facial recognition are focused on verification or authentication. The process of the camera transforms analog information (a face) into a set of digital information (data) according to the characteristics of the person's face. The analysis of your face is transformed into a mathematical formula, called a face print. Each student within a school has a specific personal ID. At the end of each month, the guardians receive the student's report. The student with disabilities will receive personal assistance that will be modulated in the form of personalized support, as well as online courses, extracurricular activities... The engaged student will receive awards, free extracurricular activities, vouchers ... This method will encourage all students to put more effort into their school life, help parents to have an objective idea about their children's attitude in the school environment. Each guardian will sign a pact to accept the registration of their children for educational purposes.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
According to the 2008 International Survey (https://ecobes.cegepjonquiere.ca/media/tinymce/PDF/FavoriserEngagementScol_CN.pdf), many students are not engaged in school. We are a company that can anticipate and meet the needs of present and future spans through creating and innovating new business strategies and activities that accelerate positive social change. "We watch" will engage today's youth in community service and school commitment. We have a belief that habit makes learning. Today you are obliged to respect the rules, tomorrow you are not obliged, you are used to it. Not the devotion at the school level, but the external consignment is primordial and is one of our objectives.
Sustainability and future plans
We have a flexible canvas business model. Currently, our sustainability focuses on partnerships, we will look for allies with a material fund for our product. Then, we will sell our product to Moroccan private schools. As a result, we will have a turnover, we will recruit worldwide aides-de-camp to represent our product internationally and thus increase the purchase cost. Our objective is more social and developmental than refundable. We have a goal to accomplish, change the educational system and engage students. However, providing a material benefit will encourage us to do many social projects which require an investment.
Your profile as an entrepreneur
My name is Aya Talbi, sixteen years old from Morocco, a junior high school student who is making a change in her community During the last school year, I had the great pleasure of proving what the young student can achieve, I founded my non-profit organization, as well as endowed my young start-up to attain one of the sustainable development goals. Throughout high school, I have focused on service, academic excellence, and citizenship. Coming from a modern family, I never talked about the issues I faced during primary school. In consequence, this enclosed me a long time to think about what changes I should work on. I took the time to comprehend and scrutinize the useless exhausting educational system in all dimensions. Yes, I am for change, but aren't we all? I have had the great pleasure of representing organizations internationally, mentoring and sharing my experience as a young entrepreneur and president of an organization. Perseverance is the keyword of all my achievements, I had the chance to work for NASA in the context of an online dashboard, I received the 2nd prize in Morocco in the setting of a national contest, the 1st prize in the TEDx ECP competition, and other awards. But, the greatest reward is that I was able to convey my message, alone we can, together we will. My ultimate goal is to make my voice louder, to move out of the dorm. I don't want to be a student only, but be a changemaker person.
