Project Goal: Participants will demonstrate techniques and strategies to utilize digital content creation for self-employability. Project Objectives: Recruit and train 500 young entrepreneurs in the field of digital content creation so they can explore local job concepts of innovation and green power development while growing organic vegetables by solar power. This project will provide hands-on training opportunities with real world examples and knowledge on digital content. Core idea of the project: Youth grow organic vegetables by solar power and surplus of electricity will be sold to government power grid. Government pay 3.5 times normal electricity price to encourage youth to invest in green power. This project invests agrivoltaics on farm land-mixture of solar energy and hydroponic cultivation. The project will sell the surplus power to electricity company. In addition, we add LED light for farming, and investment return in 4-5 years. Organic vegetables sell to hotels, airline and high-end restaurant and supermarket.

Plans for implementation and sustainability

Project implementation Approach This project will use a green entrepreneurship approach in implementing its activities. The project implementation will extend the concept of youth entrepreneurship to involve other agencies with a potential role to play in project implementation, including Enhancing entrepreneurship education and skills development. The key elements of the overall project approach are the following: Implementation through the organic vegetables and solar power structure at municipal level, with the participation of the other partners using organic vegetables on farm land and farmers to the maximum extent possible; use of the green entrepreneurship skills clustering approach for the provision of support to the youth initiatives for value chain development. Sustainability The following elements are built into the project design to help ensure that the proposed investments and benefits are sustainable. First, the project design has a strong focus on the involvement of the private sector on a long-term basis to enhance the sustainability of the investments and benefits. If these project investments are matched by investment from the private sector working in green power and organic vegetables. Secondly, the projects support for youth and farmers organizations with the required management and financial capacity will enable them to enter into contractual arrangements with the private sector. This approach is designed to help existing youth become sustainable. Thirdly, the beneficiaries will be involved in providing counterpart funds for infrastructure facilities and be responsible for their operation and maintenance. Participatory planning involving the beneficiaries, financial contributions to the investment and beneficiary responsibility for the operating and management are all parts of this approach. Finally, sixteen months before the completion date, the project team will work with all stakeholders, which should contain specific mechanisms to ensure sustainability of the investment after the end of the project.

Prior to undertaking post graduate study, I served as secondary school teacher. In 2010, I established local NGO called National Instrument for Democracy and Economic Development.
