Confidence and willingness to overcome disabilities and Jobs for disabled people.
Explain your idea in details:
I think everyone in the world should be able to find work and fulfill their dreams. So I thought of a system where people with disabilities can find work and have the will. First, companies for the disabled collaborate to cultivate self-reliance by creating a system of confidence and willingness to overcome disabilities. This system should boost the will and confidence of disabled. Then, they find jobs that they can do enough, regardless of their disability characteristics, by consulting them according to their aptitude. For example, they create a disability concert group to create various performance programs, or create disability instructor programs that can change the perception of the disabled to the general public. So this is an idea that helps create many jobs for the people with disabilities.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
This idea project is aimed at protecting the human rights of disabled people and enhancing their abilities to stand on their own feet. In addition, it is a program that helps all disabled people find jobs regardless of age, so it seems that it can have an effect on Goal 8, Decent work and economic growth. And it is also related to goal 15, Peace, justice and strong institutions, because there is also an effort to make this society inclusive.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
My plan must continue to be implemented in order to continue to create equitable jobs. First, we collaborate with welfare companies for the disabled. And it targets welfare facilities for the disabled and people who want to find jobs. It provides counseling so that one-on-one counselors can find their aptitude and will, and recommends jobs that suit them. Friendly help and success rates are needed for the sustainability of this equitable job creation program.
Creative entrepreneurs who want to create a world of sustainable and equal human rights.
