Unemployment is one of the burning issues among the youth. Due to lack of right skills, poor people are unable to utilise the available local resources. The poor people include the farm folk communities,forcibly migrating to different places in uganda and working as daily labors,construction workers, cook, brick labors and others. The girls are physically and sexually harassed by men. They are living in slums, getting very low wages and have high chances of contracting Hiv/Aids. Based on the above problem, haley events designed apropasal in association with community partners with moto"building skill, creating opportunities ". The overall objective of the project is to enhance the employment of over 200 disadvantaged and poor adolescent youth through vocational and skills development. The project directly supports to 500 numbers beneficiaries from poor backgrounds. An other objective is to empower youths with vocational skills and keeping them out of current dangers(Hiv/Aids), early pregnancy etc. Breaking the York of vulnerability and become responsible citizens in uganda. To reduce the problem of unemployment by 10% of the youth.

Haley events will continue to play an active role to facilitate the small help groups to establish a strong link with government schemes and projects so as to generate the required assistance. The project will build local capacities to increase livelihood opportunities for the youth in the target communities. This project will motivate the unemployed youth and girls to start micro enterprises at local level as well as control the migration. Haley events will commit to follow up the project from the moment the work has commenced and will send quarterly reports to donors up until three months. In addition the project will establish a project log frame for internal monitoring and evaluation process. The monthly activity plan will be derived from the project monitoring plan.

The organisation on the completion of the project will rise its own funds through membership development fees, interest charged on micro credit, processing fees of micro loans benefit events, grants from the government and donor support. The revenue generated from the income generation activities will cover the cost operating expenses. The groups will moblize savings, establish with government and NGOs linkages and try for financial assistance from the bank and other financial institutions. The staff will have capacity in form of skills, knowledge and equipment to manage the project and continue the activities. All technical services will be made available to the beneficiaries on fees basis.

I am by names kayondo halima am 32years old. I started school in 1995 and ended school in 2014. I graduated from kyambogo University with a bachelor's degree in economics. I was motivated by the fact the being employed by someone else is so hectic and annoying so I started my own business so as to be my own boss. And also the large numbers of youth who are unemployed motivated a lot to start this venture so as to create employment for these youths.
