The main objectives of this idea are producing cassava flour that is free from cyanide also making soybean flour that's free from trypsin inhibitors and producing cake and doughnut from cassava flour enriched with soybean flour The activities involves creaming of butter with sugar, adding whisk egg, baking powder, pinch of salt, preservative and the cassava flour then baking this is for cake while for doughnut cassava and soyflour flour will be added butter, whisk egg, sugar, baking powder, pinch salt water and then mixed together then it will be baked The innovative approach in this idea is that the idea is a novel work and Nigeria is one of the leading producer of cassava yet much attention has been shifted to wheat flour which we don't produce.
