Our main objectives for this project of processing of sardines into nutritious flour are: 1. Eradicate malnutrition & stunting growth among children aged from 2- 6 years by supplying the selected families with our product 2. Create jobs for youth and women by employing them in our processing plant 3. Create market opportunities for fishermen by contracting them to be our supplier of fresh sardines

Plans for implementation and sustainability
We are planning to establish first a modern sardines processing plant that is capable of producing nutritious flour. After that we will work & partner with institutions & organizations that have mandate in supporting nutrition based projects so that we supply our nutritious product to the target groups
I am by the names of Amani TWAGIRAYEZU a Rwandan social entrepreneur aged 29 years old who believes that a healthy nation is a wealthy nation and that start from from the moment a child is conceived until he/ she has reached 2 years of age (24 months). Three years making research on sardines and their nutrition values and other related products has triggered me to start the processing plant of sardines into nutrition which with no doubt will impact child's nutrition.
