CERTFIND is an online software application that helps students, graduates, or alumni of an academic institution recover lost, damaged, stolen or burnt official certificates thereby reducing psychological, and emotional stress during the process of trying to physically recover the certificates in person from the institution for personal or future use. We will act as a middleman between the client and the originating institution, do all the necessary paperwork on behalf of the client and deliver hard copies of the certificate to the clients office or home address. Its a user friendly app that saves time, money and any other expenses incurred while trying to recover physical hard copies of a certificate or document. For example, Mr A. is based in Lagos, Nigeria and he lost his certificate while travelling in an Uber vehicle. All efforts to retrieve his certificate seems futile and Mr A. graduated from a university located in London, UK and is presently staying in a different country located in Lagos, Nigeria. Based on this given information, instead of incurring travelling expenses to travel abroad from Nigeria to London to physically retrieve a new set of certificate, our app will save the owner of the certificate, from unnecessary stress, by providing a sense of relief and comfort.

By collaborating with academic institutions located around the world, our team will provide customer care support, logistics and technical support to the interest candidate by safely delivering official hard copies of the certificate to the clients designated address. Our app works by logging into our platform, state your full name and matric number, year of graduation, university you graduated from, university email address, faculty and course of study, upload passport photo and court affidavit document, type of certificate requesting for, upload soft copy of certificate (if available) and reason for applying. With this given information, our team will be able to contact the institution to get approval, pay the institution processing fee and request for new official hard copies of the certificate, which will be delivered directly to the clients designated home or office address. We plan to expand our services to include the recovery of birth certificates, wills, house deeds and signed contracts. Our future plan includes establishing distribution centers located around the world where our clients can come and pick up official copies of their certificate.

I was born on the 13th of February, 1989 in Kano State, Nigeria. I have three siblings and am the second child. I am from a middle class family, and my parents instilled in us the importance of hard work, humility and kindness. My parents sacrificed a lot for us, by working two jobs so that we can have a better live and meet our basic needs like food, cost of education, clothes etc. I decided to setup a startup, because I lost my academic certificate in an uber vehicle. I felt really devastated, and I don't want other people to suffer or pass through what I experienced. This experience motivated me to set up an online software application, to help other people who may be going through the same fate.
