Plans for implementation and sustainability

Our value proposition is to deliver a platform that promotes the visibility of women in the data science and analytics field and matches them with expert trainers to support them in their self-learning journey, there are no financial barriers, and it's free of charge, yet the candidates have to pay back when they get their first job (25% of their salary only once), we also have premium paid service which is building a professional brand (very low and affordable prices). Our partners are NGOs such as Codi, and SE factory, those NGOs will help us bring trainers and specialists. We also have collaborated with a data-driven company "Agricom" based in Greece, this company is going to be our first potential hiring partner.

Your profile

I'm 24 years old, I'm an electrical engineering graduate, yet when I did my first internship as a junior electrical engineer, I found that not my passion, I realized that I have a great passion for solving problems through innovative ways and I found that the technology sector is the right place as technology becomes part of our lives. My curiosity in the tech field led me to enroll in the machine learning track at Holberton academy, I liked how data and tech can open doors to innovations and help business companies maintain their competitive edge, so I had the chance to join a freelance team and I have contributed in the data part (gathering data, processing data..). I am a very ambitious and passionate person, I'm curious about people with an eagerness to understand their pain points and leverage the use of tech & data to bring something valuable for them and deliver impactful solutions.
