AGE EDUCATIONAL LOAN

Explain your idea in details:
''32 million Children of primary school age are still out of school in Sub-Sahara Africa'' -(UNESCO SURVEY). ''Ending the cycle of poverty for children, their families & their communities begins with education''- Anthony Lak, Executive Director of the UN Children's Fund UNICEF. My idea is to provide both education & trades training loans to parents and guardians towards the fees of their wards and allow them to make repayments through the mobile money platforms in bits. Student beneficiaries will also be giving periodic entrepreneurship exposure including business plan competitions to avoid unemployment after graduation. AGE will do all these to join other organizations such as the UN in reducing poverty and its related problems.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
''Investing in education will help advance global anti-poverty targets''-23rd September 2010 by UN. From the above quote,AGE will help to send and maintain over one million girls/children in school by the end of second year of operations. We will help about 50,000.00 women/youths in financing trades training and programs with equipment to promote entrepreneurship & to reduce poverty in Africa and the World as a whole. We will also provide loan to finance 1000 senior high school needy students in deprive communities and 400 students in the tertiary education.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
AGE Education Loan is currently seeking for funding to register and begin full operation. AGE will partner with mobile money service providers to facilitate application & disbursement. We will develop a simple coding system were application will be flexible for underprivileged.
