Explain your idea in details:
OBJECTIVES: Nigeria is classified by world bank as low middle income, and Nigeria has above 150 million population. 70% of the population remain without health coverage, house hold spend about 2.1% of their total consumption on health, many people cannot get access to health due to financial constraint. With this waste clinical insurance which uses waste product as a financing tool, this can make the community mobilize their own unused resources to improve healthcare access, and break down the barrier between health facilities and community members, and at the same time get waste out of their environment thereby ensuring clean environment and reduces the rate of infections in the environment. It will also help them to save money that they would have paid to government to dispose their waste. ACTIVITIES: With this program, community gives their waste to the clinic regularly, afterward, the collected waste product will be processed in two ways: organic waste to fertilizer by compost method, and the inorganic waste will be sold to collectors. Each month, the money collected will be used to cover the health care need of that community in holistic matter. The work will mostly be done on volunteer basis and at the end, stipends will be paid to the volunteers. The worker will consist of both male and female. Mini pharmacy will also be set up. INNOVATIONS: There are number of groups with waste collection initiative and insurance scheme, however we are the only one to combine both in Nigeria. Our distinctive characteristics are (1) using waste product. (2) applying holistic health system (3) social enterpreneurship and social engineering (4) broad access because all citizen can join the program (5) community independence (6) increase value waste product exponentially (7) manage sanitation improvement (8) provides employment for the residence of that community.

It also targets goal no 8, decent work and economic growth. There is a word that health is wealth, and also this project will provide decent work for many citizens of the community in different area like, in the waste collection, the conversion process, in the mini pharmacy, in marketing the inorganic containers and etc. Goal no 5,.gender equality because, the organizers will use both male and female. There wound not be any gender preference. Goal no 12 responsible and production. MEASURES TO EVALUATE SUCCESS; Massive replication,(a) creation of new program in other regions (initiation),(b) ensure power of sustainability (Stabilization), (c) social self reliance ( Independence), how the health of the people in the community improved, awards and recognitions from the community and those outside, all this will be used to evaluate the success of the program.
