Explain your idea in details:
Objectives and Goals: are to create many full-time and part time jobs, provision of cassava products with health benefits at affordable price. Freshly harvested high improved variety of cassava yellow root obtained from the company cassava farm will be mechanically or manually peeled with a machine or kitchen knife, washed and sliced into cylindrical chips of 3mm-5mm thickness with a chipping machine. The gram total of wet cassava chips will be spread thinly alongside fresh coconut edible parts on stainless steel trays or on cemented floor and dried in the sun at ambient conditions, with the prevailing atmospheric temperature of 32oC and humidity at 55% in the cabinet drier at 55oC for a period of 8 hours. The dried cassava chips and coconuts will be allowed to cool and stored at ambient conditions in high density polyethylene bags and sealed. The dried chips will be milled into 600-micron particle size coarse flour (7% moisture content) and then rehydrated to 67% moisture to stimulate the moisture level commonly found in raw cassava, to produce cassava mash. Fresh cassava mash will be prepared and added at levels of 0% to 50% to the cassava mash base. Each mixture will be stirred together with fresh coconut milk and water manually and allowed to ferment naturally for a period of 72 hours at room temperature in a 100 litres plastic bucket with lid. These changes in the starch structure of the starch granules will however favour its digestion by amylolytic enzymes and consequently its hydrolysis into maltodextrins, glucose, lactic acid and other starch derivatives. l also discovered that the fermenting chips contained higher concentration of lactic acid at between 48 and 72hrs of fermentation, than in the chips that did not contain fresh cassava mash.

The individual person residing in that nation will be mentally degenerated because of the lack of all the required essential ingredients in their daily meals, and this greatly affect the health, and socio-economic development of that nation as a result it posses great danger to the generation yet unborn. In my country Nigeria greater percentage of the population are under malnourished, because these percentage or group of people cannot afford the expensive food products and supplements to augment their diets, because they are living in poverty. And their have been heralded with series of health problems coupled with they financial difficulties. With ''MGA diet garri'' they problem will be solved, the garri will not only proffers solutions for health problems, it will be made affordable because the price will be structured in such a way that even the poorest person in Nigeria can afford it. When the individuals in a country fed well, the country will be populated with healthy people and a healthy people makes a wealthy nation. Which will in turn become a productive and stable economy and its evidence will be shown on the behavior and intellectual engagement of the citizenry for both present and future generations, which will result to sustainable development.

MGA INTEGRATED FARMS LTD is a start up company, the company will be into the production and processing of cassava tubers into MGA DIET GARRI, this product is in high demand and efforts made by other producers are very low. The consumers/users and customers of these products are Household, restaurants, marketing companies, food processing industries and (low, medium & high income earners) of male & female within the age bracket of 10 to 100 years old, who mostly are artisans, civil servants, students, public servants & entrepreneurs. They will be attracted to the point of my sales through word of mouth, adequate promotion and advertisement. Capital requirements of N2,500,000 for cassava processing plant, N1,500,000 for office building & equipments, N1,000,000 for delivery vehicle, N1,500,000 for fencing & born hole drilling, N350,000 for generator plant, N1,200,000 for quality control laboratory & warehouse and N1,000,000 for weigh bridge & unloading bay and N2,000,000 for staff salaries and wages.
The founder/MD/CEO is Agwu Mba Agha, l was born on July 22 1986 in Owutu Edda, Afikpo south LGA Ebonyi State of Nigeria and l have extensive and detailed experience in Agricultural sector spanning 15 years. I will own, manage, and work full-time in the business. I hold Bachelor of Agriculture, with specialty in Agricultural Economics and Extension Management.
