Our main objectives include 1. facilitate fast delivery of healthy, safe and affordable organic food crops from farm directly to consumers through the power of the internet, hence eliminating the large chain of middle men between farmers and target consumers that reduces farmers income, farm expansion, yield and sustainability while increasing final food cost for target consumers, time of delivery, food spoilage, insecurity and scarcity. 2. Establish organised farmers market with modern storage, preservation and processing facilities at long term in order to boost farmers' moral, to ensure and promote food safety and security, stable efficient pricing and promote healthy living. 3. To establish food distribution channels and shipping at long term across Nigeria and beyond starting with Niger State and Abuja to facilitate food mobility and delivery, increase farmers and business returns and also meet food demand and preferences. 4. Establish farmers training and extension services, coporative and club to boost higher, superior crop yield and farmers income. Main activities includes : Farmers training, Food sales promotion and advertising, organic food business branding and modeling, promotion of healthy living through diet, food delivery and partnership. Innovative approaches includes use of information communication technologies to guide and ensure business transactions, promote food safety security and healthy living while creating wealth and increasing standard of living of stakeholders. Integration of knowledge from class room to the farm to increase superior crop yield, safety, affordability, accessibility and mobility. Marketing model online and offline using ATEAR marketing model by leveraging technology and knowledge.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
With Our Marketing model we shall attract, create trust, engage and retain our following target market by ensuring fast and affordable delivery of safe and healthy organic food, increase farmers income, knowledge and morale, creating direct and indirect employment etc. 1. Boarding schools and students of tertiary institution in Niger State and Abuja age 17-30 who find it difficult to go to market to buy food stuff because of tight lectures and activities. 2 Churches that organise large conventions of population capacity above 300 in Niger State that feed their congregation 3. Restaurants around Niger State whose businesses run on quality and fast delivery. 4. 50, 000 middle income earners in Niger State that use mobile phone internet 5. Bankers and other coporate workers whose job give little or no time for shopping and that need relief or seek comfort in Niger State and Abuja We shall use the ATEAR Marketing model, organise distribution and sales channels to connect with our target market using the aforementioned demography, psychographic and behavioral indicators. Me measure our success by our ability to qualitatively and qualitatively engage and out satisfy our stakeholders: farmers, target market, investors, transporters, staffs, and trainers. Our ability to build passionate mission statement, team spirit, leadership and effect and efficient systems that generates turnover at all times, The volume of business, returns and by the impact it has on our people and nation. We shall make use of existing platform to plan execute, monitor, control and improve on ourselves and idea.
