Explain your idea in details:
The main motives behind my idea is not just for the fact that I have passion for these field or the profit of it. But the fact that the youths are neglecting the important of agriculture and the benefit derived from it. Some of my main objectives are; 1. As a mean of job creation 2. As an economic source to the nation 3. To reduce rate of conflicts between cattle breeders( nomadic farmers) and peasant farmers 4. As an added nutritional value to the society 5.Cow fat/beef production for consumption 6. Finally, to serve as a learning centre Innovation/ Approach The first stage- this involves setting up a farmland with a ranch section, and a section for cross breeding(hybridisation research) of new variety of cattle breeds. The farm will also contain a milk n cow fat production section, which be treated and pasteurised for consumption and will be sold out at affordable prices. The farmland un cultivated will serve as a means of pasture (hay production) which will be sold out to the nomadic farmers in order to check mate their activities and reduce rate of conflicts.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
I see the growing population as an added force of manpower to the growth of the economy. 1.My first target is to build a business atmosphere, that don't just depend on the profit of the present bt foresight the future. 2. to make use of the available manpower for productivity and as means to reduce the increase rate of unemployment. 3. To aid the government in its policy in diversification of economy toward agriculture. 4. The milk been treated n pasteurised is to serve as one of the best nutritional value to the society. 5. The community where the farm is, will not just serve as a learning institute for hybridisation(cross breeding). But also, attracts tourism/researches to the community. 6. I intends to target my customers using the local head chiefs in the community, youth leaders of social networks and commercial advert, also documentation of customer records as a means to get in touch with them for distribution and supply of goods such as the beef and fresh milk production can get to them Measure to Evaluate source After a careful research, which was drawn from the need of the farm and services going to be rendered, I realised my plan is to make the farm a need based rather than desire based, and how to serve the customers and consumers best. Basically, the operation of the farm is going to be guided by 8 rules which I called code of conduct; simplicity,professionalism,service,friendliness,excellence,trustworthiness,social responsibilities and new innovation. Identifying goals and also strategizing means to achieving it through. 1.Involve customer and consumers in new ways 2. And finally, will love to involve suppliers in product innovation.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
My Plans for implementation and sustainability/ business model are;
1- to setup a 3year phase of experiment and exploration
2. A high-growth exploitation phase when the business outperformed its competitors by a wide margin, attained a wide level of success and acceptability, in spite of products and finally end customers remaining basically unchanged
3.The business is well strategies on making direct impact on the community, both direct and indirect ways for them to generate their personal income.
With my well drawn up business plans, believe will source funds from the international communities to come invest in the project, professional investors, personal sources, government grants and bank loan
