Explain your idea in details:
The main objective of the idea is to give African young people the opportunity to innovate, effect positive change in their communities, create employment by starting up businesses, and demonstrate transformational leadership across the African Continent. The major activities under this idea is Empowerment, Training/Development and Mentorship. African youths need a lot of capacity development skills that conventional schools does not provide. Africa youths need that their leadership, entrepreneurial and innovation skills be highly develop to take on leadership roles and be allowed to co-create their future. The Idea is therefore uniquely designed to target young people who are job seekers, school dropouts to empower them with skills that will make them problem solvers (Transformational leaders) not problem "watchers". They therefore solve problems, make impact and make money by solving the one of the numerous problems in Africa
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
With the idea targeting job seekers, school dropouts and frustrated youths, sustainable development is guaranteed because Training and Development are key determinants of success in the labour market and businesses. But unfortunately, existing systems of education in Africa have failed to address the learning needs of many young people. E< is out to empower young people with relevant skills. Therefore to tackle youth unemployment E< idea is designed to empower and train young Africans with employability skills and critical skills that businesses and organisations want. The success of this idea will be measure by the number of new businesses and social enterprises participants will start up.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
The recurring business model will be used. The aim of this model will be to secure participants long term benefit of the training and skills aquired. The contacts of the participants will be collected to ensure close follow up and mentorship. E< is an idea of The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa therefore this idea will be fully finance by CELBMD Africa. This program will be implemented without collaboratos CELBMD Africa have highly qualified staff and volunteers (Youth Development Experts) to implement this idea effectively.

My motivation comes from my passion to leave a better and sustainable Africa to the future generation far better than the one i inherited from my parents.
