Explain your idea in details:
Students nowadays are in a good situation to start developing their own ideas because they will never be as free as at the university. Also, facing a youth unemployment, as a student today, it is important to start creating your own opportunities to get a job or even becoming an entrepreneur yourself. In order to address this issues, we decided to make an initiative, called Organon, a social web platform for young individuals around the world that seeks to offer different opportunities related to education, such as internships, job positions, training courses, competitions, scholarships and conferences. By giving information related to those opportunities around the world, Organon is an 'online meeting point formed like a social network. Every interested student can make his/her profile, which represents CV, and communicate mutually with other students in a way of a forum and with individual messaging option. They are cooperating, finding partners for projects/competitions, exchanging experiences. After participation in some activity which was offered on the platform, student gets automatically an extra feature in his/her CV. Moreover, the platform will also feature video presentations of experiences and blog posts about developing important skills. Unlike massive web portals with the similar theme, Organon engages and inspires youth through its unique social platform.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development

Organon is a platform, where all kinds of organisations can offer their opportunities in change of attraction of youth to their organisation. The platform is also a promotion for companies and the local governments. Young individuals would share ideas mutually, discuss, find other individuals willing to participate in some project with them and the most important, they would develop themselves and their skills.

Founders of the idea of Organon are Ivona and Domagoj, both Croatians, both young individualists who want to make a change. Ivona Gudelj is a 20 year old student of Graphic Engineering. "The basis of creativity is not being afraid to make a mistake" is her motto, and for the release of that fear she needs a strong entrepreneurial spirit which she has. At school she was always the first in the initiative and organization of events. Recently, she won the Case Study Competition with a business case for HTC Croatia and she regularly follows new trends, start-ups and the market situation in the region through various webinars and conferences. Domagoj Bikup is a 23 year old programmer who works in a startup company. He is a young enthusiast and from his childhood he is ready to take risks. He loves problem solving, team building and he is an expert in programming languages graduated from Polytechnic of Zagreb in 2015. We are making a great team because we are friends having the same motivation - to inspire young people in exploring their options and opportunities to develop themselves.
