My name is Salome Bassey and I'm 24 years old, second in a family of seven and a student of the University of Uyo studying Communication Arts. I often hear people saying they want to own a business so that they don't have to work for someone else. Well, my share of the story is totally different as business means "life" to me. It's one venture l have ever spent nights without sleep for and yet it feels exciting working on. Though the journey so far is a rather challenging one at the moment but I'm determined to change the story. I've never won an award or gained a recognition but deep inside my head, l know l have what an award can never quantify. All l need is a chance to launch out for the world to see. I don't need many chances all l need is just ONE chance and l don't mind if this could be the chance. I spend time with the Holy Spirit, spend time alone and spend time listening to people they are the wells l draw ideas from. The quality that stands me out from others is that l love good and quality things and this reflects in my business dealings as l strive for quality service delivery and nothing below. Did l say l never take NO for an answer? Well, l don't. Once my heart is fixed in a vision l don't care about ifs and don'ts.
