This is such a great idea that kills many birds with one stone.
Congratulations on your achievements thus far and wishing you the best as you continue with implementation.
Perhaps you can think of ways to plug in to existing corporate dental campaign like Colgate smile- I believe this would help you secure more partners.
Conferences are a great way to engage young people, my question is what activities do you do that lead upto the conference and how do you follow up and engage conference participants afterwards? Do you share the material online for others who may not be able to attend?
Waste management is not only a problem in Addis but in many Africa cities including Nairobi where I'm from. My question is based on the fact that your success is tied to whether the city's adminstration implement this project. So I'd like to know if you've gotten any traction with regards to closing any deals with them and the general response of the government to it. You've mentioned being contacted by 2 cities which are they and how are the negotiations coming along?
Lastly I think you can also source for funds through offering to host adverts on the App once you implement :)
This is truly a very ambitious project and I wish you all the best. I've just noticed under your sustainability and future plans that one of your sources of revenue is membership fees, please expound on this- because it's a great source of revenue in my opinion but I'm just wondering how you go about it- what do you offer the members? How much is the fee? How did you come up with the fee? How much does it contribute to your total revenue sources.
