Felix is a Business Analyst with over five years post HND experience covering Training Management, Research, Capacity Building and Training and Manual Development. For the past five years, Felix took active part in managing various projects funded by The World Bank, USAID, DANIDA, The Netherlands Development Organization (SNV), DFID, EU and a host of other Developmental Partners in areas spanning Business Advocacy, Capacity Building & Training, Business and Organizational Development, Research, Municipal Finance, etc.
Felix’s work in training management covers the development of training manuals, development of training needs assessment templates, conduct of training needs assessment, provision of support during training, training inception, draft and final report writing. He assisted various CEFE and IFC Business Edge Certified Trainers in rolling out several training programmes sponsored by donor agengies in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Financial Management.
On research, Felix actively participated in the design of research questionnaires, data collection and analysis, desktop reviews, and writing of reports. Research works he took active part in include feasibility studies on cassava, poultry, rice and maize, advocacy research reports targeted towards several developmental projects in Ghana.
With respect to Manual Development, Felix worked on developing policy and procedure manuals covering Communication, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource and Procurement for Ghana Grains Council, Wienco Ghana, Cargill Ghana, Touton SA, Olam Ghana, etc. He also assisted in developing various Entrepreneurship and Financial Management training manuals.
Felix has an HND in Accounting from the Ho Polytechnic. Having worked on several projects focused on Entrepreneurial skills development, he believes that entrepreneurship can be both taught and learned. He participated in various online short courses in entrepreneurship; one of which earned him a verified certificate from the University of Maryland. Felix is passionate about social entrepreneurship and is working hard in carving a career in the area.
