mr.Afrah Al there are something that should be done in Tanzania because poverty and malnutrition and the only way is modern agriculture why because the fertile land and water resources are available on top of that the trend of irrigation is only around 0.3% because of the main dominatrix in agriculture are local farmers who use hand hoes so completely they dont make it the production,the production just for food so there is no way that we can address the case to the isolation of modern agriculture what we have to do is applying of serious attempt in agriculture so that we can directly transform the communities life here in Tanzania and probably in Africa at large.

brother nkalimile here in Tanzania we dont completely depends on the government whilst the majority are suffer as youth we should act as exceptional men in our communities so that we can impact our community and the strategies for this transformation is not outomatically oriented but has to do with some of strategies as following 1.becaurse farmers are practice agriculture locally because of poverty therefore civil education on the importance of modern agriculture should be provided as ussually 2.clear allocation of fertile land nearly water sources like rivers 3.grouping of farmers into small groups for easy supervising 4.introduction of special economic fund which contributed by farmers themselves as a stake holders 5.examining the level of poverty from the level of family around the community where the plan has established so by doing this respectively will overcome a problem of hunger and malnutrition in Tanzania
