I wonder if there are ways you could guarantee a certain standard for the product as well so that the sugar is farmed sustainably. I feel as though this is very possible to do. best of luck

I think that your idea using recycled materials to supply these goods is wonderful. The low price sustainable product is one which could be very useful in tackling a problem that many individuals face. I do believe that the idea could be expanded on, like how do you intent on getting supplies or guaranteeing the adequacy of the final product. This product seems as though it could work quite well at reducing waste of disposable plates. They would also encourage more banana farming, which if done correctly can be a good thing. I would try to make sure though that the farming remains sustainable and does not go overboard in production. This product will also have a shelf life so so keep that in mind during production. However I still believe this is a good idea. Remember you do not have to work on this alone.

I would say to see I what ways you could advertise the product as being better than other competitors. I do like that you are taking a pseudo components method by dividing the brands profits up to charitable work and your own production. I feel as though this will help you succeed in the long run. I would also look into how you may be able to have consistent shipments of products to those without easy phone service as well.
