Muhammed believes that every one of us has a set of unique abilities. Our comparative success in life depends on how much we believe in ourselves, trust our own individual brilliance, nurture it and let it develop. E-commerce is a sector that is booming and it’s a business opportunity in Gambia which can be beneficial for The Gambia. Jawo came up with the initiative idea to create an e-commerce website and established Le Jumbo company to connect buyers and sellers online with a vision to revolutionized the e-commerce industry and yield the capability to better serve the Gambian market and create a better everyday life for many people. Gambians can shop online anytime, anywhere with utmost ease and convenience and get it delivered to their doorstep. On 1st September 2019, Le Jumbo e-commerce company was launched in The Gambia.

For Jawo, being an entrepreneur is a way of contributing to national development. He believes that, the question should be; what can he do for his country, continent, and the world at large and not the other way round. It takes courage to be a successful entrepreneur. Thus, courage is parent of success.
