 Diligent Channel Management &Operations capabilities with a proven track record of success leading all phases of diverse Alternate delivery channels for Financial Sector (Telenor Micro Finance Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank / Soneri Bank, Shaheen Air Line).
 Strong Program Management skills comprising of scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, communication management, procurement management, Risk management and conflict resolution skills.
 Recon around 500 POS terminals and ATM’s Machines daily basis.
 Have breadth knowledge of Product Development which includes product design, product testing, business planning, UAT management and final launch.
 Actively involved and executed All G2P projects such as Benazir Income Support Program, biggest financial support program from the Govt. of Pakistan.
 Extremely strong in managing Alternate Business Channel Planning and execution, have led Alternate Delivery Channel units in various banks with designing of ATM processes.
