Thank you Shadi for your comment and appreciation.There are many books already written on this topic so I don't think I need to write more books because what we need is spreading awareness about it to as many people possible even those who can't afford books and not just creating more theoretical things.This is something that every person should learn whether they are literate or not and learning this in form of theory and applying it practically are two different things.
