Hi Derek and Vikas,
Your project is really amazing. It is important to find solutions to the waste issue.
The only thing I think you may consider is the Stainless steel platform. When you have clean waste, ther is no problem. But if someone throws a can of sth with liquid, you may have a problem with the recycle lot. Especially with greasy / oily liquids that can stain your steel platform and make your recycling material dirty in contact. Some businesses throw entire batches of material if they are dirty. A solution could be to have a cleaning system incorporated to clean the platform, or to have the platform divided into two so the waste doesn't compromise the recicling material.
Thanks a lot for your comment on my idea (Using Cacti as food) and keep up the good work.
Kind regards,
Marina.

Hi Olutobi,
Thanks for your comment on my idea (Cacti as food). I read your project and it is very interesting! It is well-detailed without crazy terms that only people in "the business" know the jargon. I voted today for another project but tomorrow I'll vote this one! :)
You have my support!
Keep up with the good work!
Let's make a better world together. :)
Kind regards,
Marina.

HI Irene!
For my thesis I worked on the creation of a therapeutic garden for the visually impaired. It's amazing what we believe they can / can't do and be amazed by o0ur misconceptions and the general stereotypes. I learnt so much about their daily lives than at university. Sometimes people think that a person who has a health condition is disable for almost everything... and that's not the case. Being handicapped doesn't mean you can't play soccer. It means they will find the way to overcome a difficulty and continue playing or doing what they like. I find your idea very rewarding. Keep working on it. This community will teach you a lot and with your knowledge can make lots of changes. Sometimes they think they can't do sth because "normal people" tell them they can't because of this or that problem. It's life-changing. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for your support on my idea (cacti as food) and you get my vote on this one!
Kind regards,
Marina.

Hi team,
Your idea is excellent! It is true that most food and agricultural waste go to... well... waste. Finding new ways to solve different issues at the same time is excellent. Some food waste may be used as compost. Some other waste can be reused as bricks and several other things. But I never thought of Toilet Paper! That's amazing! You have my vote and support. I wish you success!
Thanks for your comment on my idea (the cacti as food) and support.
Kind regards,
Marina

Hi Comfort,
Thanks for your vote and all of your comments. I have voted your idea a while ago. It is very interesting, especially since we are experiencing the effects of a Pandemics. I don't see fellow concursants as competitors. I see them as people with a desire for changing the world. And that's great! Even if our ideas may not get a prize or recognition, to share them to others is, in my view, the first step to make progress and changes. That's a win. I will check for other's ideas and give them my vote.
Kind regards,
Marina

Dear Blossom,
Unfortunately I cannot log in every day to vote, so when I do get a chance, I surf through ideas and give my vote to others rather than my idea. I prefer showing my support to others. Right now I will vote a very interesting idea. I voted your idea a couple of weeks ago. It is very good and I encourage everybody to pursue their goals and dreams to make this world a better place for everybody. What I do is go through the "Adult competition" tab, go to "Best idea 2020" and choose a random country. Then, I read the ideas and I give my vote.
By no voting my idea, it doesn't mean I don't believe in it. On the contrary, I think it is a way to tackle many difficulties.
Thanks for your advice. Keep working hard! :)
Kind regards,
Marina.

Hi Ramin,
I read your idea. As a teacher and a woman I can relate to it. There are many illiterate people because of gender, religious, culture, etc. So I think your idea is awesome. It is good to give small steps first before walking and finally running. My teaching experience first started as an English tutor. Years later I taught Math, Religion, Spanish, Literature, Biology, Chemistry, English and many more. Now, I plan on giving classes of Programming.
I am sure you will succeed and help many people with your idea. It is great to invest on education.
You have my vote!
Kind regards,
Marina.
