We aspire that by 2063, Africa will be:
- a major social, political, economic and security force in the
world, and that it has the share of global common goods (space,
terrestrial and oceanic) to which it is entitled;
- an actor who actively and equally participates in business
international institutions, multilateral institutions and a pilot of the
peaceful coexistence, tolerance and a just and viable world;
- fully capable and has the means to finance its
development.

Africa will emerge as a strong global actor and partner,
resistant, peaceful and influential, playing an important role in business

Africa in 2063 will have full parity between men
and women, the latter occupying at least 50% of the mandates
elective public at all levels and half of the management positions in
the public and private sectors. The economic and political barrier that limits
the evolution of women will have been eliminated.

All forms of gender-based violence and discrimination
(social, economic, political) towards women and girls
will be eliminated and they will be able to take full advantage of all their
human rights. All harmful social practices (including
Female genital mutilation (FGM) and early marriage) will have ended
and barriers to health and quality education for women
and the girls will have been eliminated.

African women will be fully empowered in all areas,
and will have equal social, political and economic rights,
including the right of ownership and inheritance, to sign a contract,
to register and manage a company. Rural women will have access to
means of production, including land, credit, inputs and
financial services.
