of the problem, because much of the paradigm change or shift will depend on how the leadership perceives its role in re-engineering the change.
The transformational leader also tends to see the big picture, but has difficulty discerning the details in his vision, hence the problems that emerge. If he does not surround himself with people to take care of this level of information, then he is doomed to failure. Finally, the motivation of the transformational leader is, by definition, to transform. However, when the organization does not need transformation and people are happy as they are, then such a leader will be frustrated or will make forced transformations such as leaders in times of war or politicians in times of crisis, calling for reform despite the resistance of citizens. Thus, the leader loses credibility if he does not know how to transform his own leadership. Its end comes when it imposes transformation despite its unpopularity.
