The transformational leader also tends to see the big picture, but has difficulty discerning the details in his vision, hence the problems that emerge. If he does not surround himself with people to take care of this level of information, then he is doomed to failure.

Transformational leadership sometimes falls into the sin of passion and overconfidence that it can easily confuse with truth and reality. While it is true that great things have been achieved through enthusiastic leadership, it is also true that many passionate people have led their fellow citizens to disaster.

Transformational leadership can only be appropriate under conditions of divergent opinions. In converging conditions, leaders must be in harmony with current objectives and practices, accommodate to varying degrees, rather than challenge or question the existing situation. Therefore, a transformational leader owes his or her survival to the creation or maintenance of cleavages.

Transformational leadership begins with the development of a vision that converts a few potential followers. This vision can be developed by the leader, by the existing team or it can emerge from a wide range of discussions. The transformational leader seizes every opportunity and therefore uses everything that works to convince others to get on board the moving train. This constitutes his routine activity by dosing his energy with the most convinced as well as the least convinced. The transformational leader creates trust, preserving personal integrity in order to convince more "disciples".

Black Africa is the only region in the world whose languages are used only for communication within socio-cultural groups. Its leaders should work to ensure that some of the African languages become tools of work and scientific knowledge. It is at this price that its new generations of political actors will be better rooted in their communities, will be able to act more effectively and propose new qualitative transformations, a guarantee of economic and social progress.

The cultural dimension as a resource for development can make the cultural sector the place of new challenges: challenges related to the preservation of identities and cultural diversity in the face of globalization as a potential factor for standardization; economic challenges as well, with cultural industries that place African creators in a position to conquer the market; and social challenges, with new forms of solidarity that are created.

The same is true of strong religiosity, considered as the opium of the people. Africa must now promote new values based on its history and culture. "It is through its "being" that Africa will really be able to access it. To an authentic asset; not to an asset of almsgiving, begging. That is why one of Africa's major problems is the struggle for equitable cultural exchange. To do this, we need to infrastructure our crops. A culture without a material and logistical basis is only a passing wind" (Ki-Zerbo 2003, 80-82).
