Indeed, from the moment parents feel taken seriously, solicited for their advice or help, the relationship with the teacher is significantly modified. This is regardless of the actual level of parental involvement
.
It is also important to be willing to open up and work together to educate children, a step that will largely determine the degree of commitment and participation of parents, and other adults around the school, in the educational project.
It can also, in turn, influence teacher engagement.
This preparation is very important. It is part of a general coeducation approach in which the school is considered as a broad relational space, in relation to its environment. It is therefore a question of working on the awareness that the school is only one element of a wider educational fabric.
this project essentially presents general approaches that can concern any device involving children in the institution and its functioning. Six specific educational sheets provide details of certain devices, tools or approaches. The guide and the sheets are designed in such a way that they can be read and used separately, sometimes at the cost of small redundancies.
All this learning is oriented towards the professional world and more generally towards attitudinal citizenship. That is to say, a citizenship that is not limited to to be a simple inhabitant of a nation or territories, but who commits himself, is committed empowers, seeks to build the Collective in its broadest sense. In the
a world where commitment is increasingly becoming a pattern of claims individual or corporatist, based on particular interests, or even on preferences, these learnings appear increasingly essential
level participants will learn by reflecting on the applicability of their skills and knowledge. With a trainer, participants will participate in lively classroom discussions on how to make their classroom experience relevant in the real world and how the proposed solutions can solve global problems or help them achieve their mission.
Peer learning
Learn from others who have learned it and can explain it to you.
Peer learning is an opportunity to learn from others who have a better understanding of the concepts and can teach you.
Individuals
We recognize that not all participants work in the same way. In order for the participant to be as effective as possible in mastering the concepts, CAGP will create a space where participants will take ownership of their learning. Using the CAGP online platform, they will take courses and work on assigned projects at their own pace and time.
Each stage of the learning cycle is incorporated into the courses that participants will take.
Discovery
Part of learning for a specific purpose is to know what skills are needed to achieve your mission. Through a series of fun and engaging activities, each of your core leadership courses gives you the opportunity to discover important gaps in the skills you are working to develop. It also means building and maintaining lasting friendships and relationships
We have developed a learning cycle that will help participants acquire new skills and master new concepts.
This four-part learning cycle integrates the need to discover gaps in their knowledge and skills, learning at their own pace, peer learning and facilitated group learning.
