Integrating gender and HIV into transformative leadership
The module will give participants the knowledge and skills to integrate gender and HIV/AIDS into their work as young leaders and promote change in their countries and across the West African sub-region. HIV/AIDS will be treated from the perspective of prevention and as a development issue that must be addressed transversely in the change processes of societies and organizations.

Business and Entrepreneurship

This program is designed for the category of emerging or aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to take on leadership roles in the private sector or create their own businesses on the continent. It will allow participants to become familiar with a variety of business and enterprise approaches, including those used to address social issues. It will also strengthen technical and leadership capacities in areas such as strategy, operations, supply chain management, business ethics, social entrepreneurship, microfinance, organizational and management development, marketing, innovation and technology, emerging markets and risk analysis, strategic planning, and corporate social responsibility.
