OUR MISSION
Establish a framework for training, networking, capacity building and develop civic education and social entrepreneurship programmes for youth organisations and young leaders.

Our unique training model puts the participant first. The participant will have to lead most of his experience
learning individually and with peers through engaging and meaningful activities. We have developed a cycle
which will help participants acquire new skills and master new concepts. This cycle
four-part learning process integrates the need to discover gaps in your knowledge and skills, learning to
At your own pace, peer learning (students teaching and learning from each other) and group learning facilitated.
Each step of the learning cycle is incorporated into the courses that participants will take as part of their core leadership.

Activity 5: Animation of children's consultation cells in schools by young direct beneficiaries.
It is a post-training follow-up activity for direct beneficiaries that consists in restoring knowledge to indirect beneficiaries, namely children.

Activity 4: PARTICIPANT INITIATIVE
These are community service projects initiated by young beneficiaries, the activity consists in giving beneficiaries the opportunity to present a community service project

Activity 3: PEDAGOGICAL OUTPUTS
Field trip related to the Public Management program
The activity consists in meeting experts and specialists in development issues through an exchange workshop that
will be organized for the beneficiaries on the Major Challenges of Africa as well as visits to the country's major institutions.
The pedagogical outing linked to the entrepreneurship programme
These will be company visits to meet the Directors and General Managers. The activity will also consist of spending a day of
work in companies or industries by performing specific tasks that allow them to acquire their first experience.

Activity 2: TRAINING
The training will focus on two programs, namely: Public Management and Entrepreneurship. Participants will have to make a choice of
training program based on their interests and areas of intervention
-Public management:
This program is designed for those who aspire to work in all levels of government (including elected positions), the
regional organizations, international organizations or other public interest organizations.
- Entrepreneurship
This program is designed to engage project beneficiaries to look at themselves, as individuals and communities, and to
take a new look at the world and their environment from an entrepreneurial perspective.

Activity 1: CAGP Connect
The activity consists in building and maintaining lasting friendships and networks. CAGPConnect allows beneficiaries to laugh and share with their friends and family.
